If contractor fails to submit E.M.D & TENDER FEE within scheduled time then his registration will be kept in abeyance for one year and his Digital signature Certificate (ie. E-Tendering key) for signing their electronic bids will be cancelled for one year. Demand Draft for E.M.D and tender fee, Registration Certificate, Bank Solvency etc. shall be submitted online in electronic format by scanning while uploading the bid. This submission shall mean that E.M.D. Tender fee and relevant documents are received. Accordingly offer of those shall be opened whose E.M.D, Tender fee, Registration certificate, Bank Solvency & relevant documents as per Para 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 & 5.4 below are received electronically in the Preliminary stage itself.
