On September 26-0, the Universidade do Oeste de Santa Catarina (Brazil) will host, in Brazil, Scholars from international and Brazilian Universities to create the INTERNATIONAL NETWORK OF HUMAN RIGHTS and debate solutions for serious human rights violations.
