Fourth Statement: Speech about "The Pacification of the World" at the Closing of the Formal Inaugural Sitting Statement of Cardinal Peter Turkson, Major of the Vatican City in Rome and President of the Vatican Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace in Rome.
