2 Visa Requirements Visas are required by SA passport holders. British passport holders do not need visas. Visas are to be applied for through the Moroccan Embassy OR through MDS Visapak. If you submit applications to MDS Visapak, the branches are in Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban or Port Elizabeth. All applications will be assessed and processed by The Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco. All decisions pertaining to the issuance of the visas is sole remit of the Moroccan Authorities. MDS VisaPak Application Centre offers the option of courier service for return of your documents submitted to us directly to your doorstep. Moroccan Nationals, Diplomats and official passport holders to apply at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco. Two passport photos (COLOUR) Original passport (valid 6 months after return date to SA), plus photocopy of passport as well as ID. Copy of return airticket Itinerary with entry and departure dates Proof of accommodation for the duration of stay in Morocco, under the name of the applicant. If travelling with family, the hotel booking must show all the names) Invitation letter signed by the host, if invited. If travelling on business: a signed letter of invitation is required and a letter of employment from employer in SA. An invitation letter can also play the role of accommodation when stamped by the nearest Moroccan Police Station & signed by the host.
