Passengers can download the app to their smartphone from either the Apple App Store or Google Play store. 2. Create a profile in the app. 3. Passengers will need to type in their Emirates booking reference number and upload any supporting documents using the app. 4. Once the application has been submitted, passengers can pay for their visa within the app. The app allows users to track the progress of a visa. Colour copy of passport bio page and last page containing details of full name, nationality, date and place of birth, passport number, date of issue and expiry, name of father/legal guardian, name of mother etc 3.One colour photo with white background. Size 4.3 * 5.5 cm and 80% of face should be visible. 4. Confirmed airticket travelling into Abu Dhabi and onwards from Abu dhabi with Etihad Airways. TRANSIT VISA REQUIREMENTS: *Transit visa applies to transit passengers stopping at Abu Dhabi International Airport for more than 8 hours and not exceeding 4 calender days. It cannot be extended and is a single entry. Same requirements as tourist visa plus : -Etihad Airways confirmed airticket - Confirmed onward booking to 3rd destination - Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months - Confirmed hotel reservation FOR VISA TYPES AND FEES SEE SA PASSPORT HOLDERS TRAVELLING ON QATAR : Please note that Qatar Airways only sponsors passengers who hold confirmed 'Round Trip' tickets to the UAE. * Once visa application is completed and applied on this website, there would be NO REFUND of VISA FEES. Qatar Airways is permitted to process UAE tourist visa applications for SA passport holders. Principal applicants need to qualify on the basis of any one of the following criteria: Criteria 1 - Travel Record EITHER (A) Applicant must have travelled to the UAE at least once in the last 3 years. Supporting Documents Required : Pages exhibiting the entry and exit stamps into and out of the UAE. OR (B) Applicant must hold a valid visa for at least one of the following countries: The USA, The UK, Schengen Countries, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Switzerland or Japan. Page 6 of 13

Criteria 2 - Financial Record Principal applicant must submit a letter from his / her employer stating the salary / income, job title and duration of employment with the organization. Salary must be a minimum of AED per annum and must be supported by the last six months' bank statements from the account into which the salary / income is deposited OR if the principal applicant is self-employed, a copy of the Commercial Registration Certificate of the company is required as well as the last six month's bank statement showing a minimum balance of AED Supporting Documents Required : Scanned copies the letter of employment or income, Commercial Registration, bank statements as mentioned above. Criteria 3 - Spouse or Child qualifying on Husband/Father's eligibility criteria In case the spouse / child is travelling along with the principal applicant. Minimum Age Restriction: The minimum age requirement for passengers (male/ female) travelling alone to UAE is 25 years. The age limit to obtain UAE visa through Qatar Airways is dictated by UAE immigration/ DNRD and is subject to change without prior notice or intimation. Male/Female below 25 years need to apply and travel together with their mother for UAE visa. If Applicant is over 70 years of age they need to travel with an immediate blood relative. The Visa Application fee is 360 AED and is non-refundable. (fees subject to change) The processing time for Visas is 3 working days. 8 basis of which you are making your application. The traveller should have passport of minimum 6 months validity for processing of UAE visa. Important Visa Information 1. Scanned copies of the biometric information page (and personal information page if applicable) 2. Colour photograph with the face clearly visible Qatar Airways does not sponsor UAE visas for passengers travelling on "official" or "diplomatic" passports. The visa applications must be routed through the local UAE Embassy / High Commission / Mission. The visa sponsored by Qatar Airways is for tourist purposes. The visa is valid for single entry only. The validity of the visa is for 60 days from the date of approval. Permitted stay in the UAE is for 30 days from the date of entry and therefore you must exit the UAE on or before 29th day from the date of entry. The final decision to permit entry into the UAE will be decided by the immigration authorities at the port of entry. IVS or Qatar Airways will not be responsible for the decision of the immigration authorities. The visa will become invalid if any alteration occurs in the passport holder details of the passport. The visa holder is not allowed to work in the UAE on the tourist visa. Applicant cannot utilize the visa if travelling on any other airline. The passenger must enter and exit the UAE on Qatar Airways only. Page 8 of 13

9 Visa Cost UAE Customs and Immigration will be charging 100 AED for any visa cancellations. All Dubai Stopover packages cancelled prior to 72 hours of arrival will be refunded the entire amount excluding the Visa processing fee and the additional 100 AED cancellation fee. Packages cancelled within 72 hours of arrival are 100% non-refundable and subject to a 100 AED visa cancellation fee. It is imperative to ensure all visas are cancelled by the customer or Travel Agent if the passenger has cancelled their DSO package. Failure to do this could potentially deny the passenger entry into the UAE on a future trip. This cancellation fee is applicable to any visitor to the UAE, irrespective of who they book/process their visa through. Page 9 of 13

In recent years, the country has rocketed to the forefront of the international tourism stakes. Go haggling in Dubai's famous souks, magnets for those in search of gold and jewellery bargains, and also for photographers or those who just want to experience the sights, smells and hubbub. Experience off-road driving in the desert - vehicles are for hire either with or without guides. Numerous operators offer desert driving trips. Take your golf bag - Dubai is one of the world's top golfing destinations. Venues like the Emirates Golf Club regularly host top international competitions, and others are dotted around the UAE. You can even try your hand at sand golf. Sun yourself on Dubai's superb white sandy beaches. Much of the long expanse of Jumeirah Beach in Dubai is dominated by luxury hotels and their facilities but there is a good stretch of public beach available. If you're travelling with kids, take them to the Magic Planet children's centre in the Deira City shopping mall, or to Dubai's Wonderland family fun park, which offers a wide range of watery attractions for the youngsters. 12 Plugs: Drinking Water: Health: Customs: Local Offences / Laws: Travel Tips / Warnings: Duty Free: 220 volts AC, 50Hz. Square three-pin plugs are widespread. Mains water in hotels and towns is safe to drink, but is provided due to desalination therefore visitors may preferred bottled water. There are adequate and well-equipped medical facilities, however visitors are required to pay for these services. Comprehensive health insurance is recommended. United Arab Emirates is a liberal Islamic country and foreign women can dress as they like, but should dress more conservatively when out in public areas (shoulders and knees covered). Swimwear should be reserved for the beach. Public displays of affection should be avoided. Respect to religious customs should also be shown during the month of Ramadan. [Note: in Sharjah, women are not allowed to wear bathing suits in public] Homosexuality and adultery are illegal. Non-married couples are not allowed to share hotel rooms, although this is rarely enforced. Eating, drinking and smoking in public during Ramadan is prohibited during daylight hours (visitors are excluded from this but should do so in private). Drug trafficking carries severe penalties (certain medications are banned; please check before travelling with over-the-counter or prescription medication). If you are travelling with medication, it should be noted that certain medications are not allowed in the country even with a prescription. Avoid photographing Muslim women and do not photograph airports, docks, telecommunications equipment, government buildings, military and industrial installations. The following items may be imported into the United Arab Emirates without incurring customs duty: 400 cigarettes and 50 cigars and 500g of tobacco. 4L of wine or spirits or 24 cans of beer. 13 Prohibited Imports: Narcotics, goods from boycotted countries (eg Israel), ivory, rhino horn, gambling devices, original engravings, prints or sculptures, any immoral publications or media contradicting Islamic teachings, counterfeit currency, and cooked or homemade food. If you are planning to carry medication into the country, check with your embassy in advance, as some common, over-thecounter medicines that are freely available elsewhere in the world are prohibited in the UAE.
