Speaker cards must be submitted to the Clerk s staff, who will accept them on a first-come, first-served basis. Once Public Comment begins, speaker cards will no longer be accepted. Speakers will be granted up to two minutes each, and Public Comment will not exceed 15 minutes. Health and Wellness Request approval to apply for and accept the grant funding opportunity announcement DP , Partnerships in Community Health (PICH) with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the amount of $ 2,971, to implement interventions to prevent and control chronic disease. With significant health disparities in chronic diseases, FCDHW will work with the Health Promotion Action Coalition to develop the Growing Healthy Fulton County brand. Building on FDCHW and Health Promotion Action Coalition s (HPAC) successes, Growing Healthy Fulton project will have the ability to empower communities in Fulton County.
