Government Order No.1191 GAD of 2015, Dated: In the interest of administration, the following KAS officers are placed against the available vacancies in the Selection Grade, on officiating basis, in their own pay and grade: S. Mr. R.S. Jamwal, KAS, General Manager, J&K SRTC, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Joint Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation, against an available vacancy, on deputation basis. (3). It is further ordered that: (i) Mr. Bharat Singh, KAS, is hereby designated as Additional Secretary to the Government, Finance Department; and (ii) the officers namely; Mr. Pankaj Gupta, Ms. Shagun Sharma and Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad Simnani, figuring at S. No. 8, 9 and 11 of para (1) respectively, shall continue at their present places of postings. The arrangements in respect of the officers at S. No. 11 to 21 of para (2) and that in respect of the officers at para (3) above are being made in view of the exigencies of the work and shall be reversible anytime without notice. These shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), pending, if any, before any competent court(s) of law. Further, these arrangements shall not confer any right on the incumbents to claim preferential treatment for their promotion, as and when the same is made in accordance with the provisions of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service Rules, By order of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
