Government Order No.373 -FST of 2015 D a t e d : Whereas, the final seniority list of Assistant Conservators of Forests was issued vide Government Order No. 190-FST of 2013 dated ; and. Whereas, after issuance of the said seniority list, some Assistant Conservators of Forests have retired from Government Service and some have been appointed as such by promotion on the recornniendations made by the J&K Public Service Commission; and Whereas, it has become necessary to update and notify the seniority of Assistant Conservators of Forests by deleting the names of those who have retired from Government service and adding those who have been regularized/promoted as Assistant Conservators of Forest subsequent to the date of issuance of the last seniority list of Range Officers Grade-l viz Whereas, a combined tentative seniority list of Assistant Conservators of Forests(Genera and Research) as on wakissued vide Notification No. FST/Ser/01/2010 dated , calling objections,within 15 days if any from the concerned officers. Whereas, the objection received from some of officers were examined indetail and were found to be devoid of any merit, as per details given as under:- -L

There will be combined seniority of ACF(Genera1) and ACF Research and seniority position will be strictly reckoned assigned as per the date of substantive appointment in the cadre. Smt. Harpreet Kour, ACF A writ petition has been registered in the Hon'ble High Court and the matter is su b-judice. So the notification a most recentlv issued by the Department is in violation of the direction passed by the Hon'ble Court and the corr~bined seniority list cannot be issued till the final outcome of the writ petition. n view of the above, com bined seniority position will not be disadvantageous to any class. As such objection are devoid of merit and hence rejected. There is no stay order on the seniority. Hence objection is over ruled. However final seniority will be subject to court orders, if any in the matter.

3 Now, therefore, final combined seniority list of Assistant Conservators of Forests as it stood on is hereby notified, as per annexure to this Government Order. The date(s) of birth recorded against the Officers is provisional and is, subject to verification with reference to Matriculation Certificate/Service Book. By order of the Govt. of Jammu and Kashmir.
