1 Civil Secretariat, ~a&u Subject: Tentative Seniority List of Senior Stenographers of Heads of the Departments/Ofices as on NOTFCATON. Whereas, vide Government Order No. 585 GAD of 2015 Dated , common seniority list of Senior Stenographers of the Head of the Departments/Offices was notified; and Whereas, after the issuance of said seniority list, the names of various Senior Stenographers have been recommended by the concerned HODS for inclusion from time to time; and Whereas, the cases of these Senior Stenographers have been examined in the General Administration on case to case basis and the deficient documents/information was sought from the concerned departments vide letter dated followed by subsequent reminders latest dated with the advice to furnish the same within a period of 10 days; and Whereas, the information in respect of some of the officials has not been received from the concerned HODS within stipulated time; and Whereas, it has been decided to proceed ahead with regard to the issuance of tentative seniority list without any wait as the matter has already got delayed; and Now, therefore, a common tentative seniority list of Senior Stenographers of the HoDs/off~ces, as is stood on forming annexure to this notification is hereby circulated among all the Senior Stenographers of HoDs/offices for information.
2 The Senior Stenographer who may not be satisfied with the position assigned to himther in the common seniority list, may submit histher representation/objections, if any, with the documentary proof to the concerned Heads of the Department within a week's time, who shall forward the same with specific recommendations to the General Administration Department within a period of 10 days from the date of issuance of this notification. After expiry of the said period, no objection, in this regard shall be entertained. The cases of inclusion in the seniority list of Senior Stenographers as it stood on in respect of those Senior Stenographers whose information has not been received as sought vide letter dated , if received in future, shall be examined separately. The seniority list shall be without prejudice to the final outcome of any Writ Petition, if any, pending in the competent Court of Law. The date(s) of birth and category status of the officials recorded in the Seniority list shall not be taken as authentic and shall be subject to further verification from the Service books/matriculation Certificates issued in respect of these officials by the concerned authorities. u e [ftikhar Rasool ~ a m d a n i h..
