PUBLIC HEARINGS ON ORDINANCES O Amend Chapter 18, Code of Ethics and Conduct (Introduction on January 24, 2017) This Ordinance amends Chapter 18 entitled Code of Ethics and Conduct to govern the solicitation of sealed proposals for professional services contracts and to eliminate the need for candidates seeking office to sign off on acknowledgement of Chapter 18 and require all elected officials, after January 1 of the calendar year in which he or she is elected, be provided with copies of Chapter 18, the Code of Conduct and NJSA 40:69A as evidence of the understanding the acknowledgement of the provisions set forth therein. O Amend Chapter 2-35, to amend the six member Lake Restoration and Wildlife Committee to a seven member and three alternate member Lake Restoration Committee (Introduction on January 24, 2017) This Ordinance amends Chapter 2-35(C)(5) entitled Department of Community Development and Land Use; Lake Restoration and Wildlife and Management Committee to change the membership from six members to seven members and three alternate members.
