Local residents and riders noticed an orange residue they believed were patches of the notorious defoliant along area bike routes, and voiced understandable alarm. Fortunately for everyone, the substance is actually the third most commonly used herbicide in the country 2,4-D. And it is not toxic. 2,4-D is an artificial plant hormone that targets broad leaf plants like dandelions but leaves the surrounding grasses un harmed. In the photo, 2,4-D seemingly has left the adjacent clover un harmed, leading to the question was there ANY herbicide EVER applied?!?! According to lunatics 2,4-D herbicide LEAVES AN ORANGE RESIDUE for a brief period after application, true Agent Orange does not. [ W rong! ] Agent Orange is clear or whitish in color, and earned its name from the colour of the stripes on its storage drums used during the Vietnam War.

5 The Vietnam War was a military conflict that occurred in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia from 1955 to There is a connection between Agent Orange and 2,4-D, however. 2,4-D is half of the 50:50 mixture that comprised Agent Orange, although the EXTREME TOXICITY of the latter is due to dioxin contamination that occurred during production. [ W rong! ] In 2007 the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Pest Management Regulatory agency of Health Canada issued a ruling that 2,4-D IS NOT CANCER CAUSING IN HUMANS. Moreover, there is NO CREDIBLE EVIDENCE that even the Agent Orange defoliant mixture ( 2,4-D and 2,4,5-T with by product dioxins ) ever harmed anyone or any thing except the Viet Cong who had less jungle foliage to hide behind. It must be concluded that even Coeur d Alene, Idaho, is INFESTED with MORONIC and STUPID Enviro Lunatics who CONCOCT stories like an «Agent Orange Effect».

6 MORONIC and STUPID «Agent Orange Effect» alleged by Enviro Lunatics as being caused by the use of 2,4-D herbicide, with adjacent clover somehow unaffected, and without consideration for the combined stress of wear, compaction, heat, and drought evident along the pathway during the summer.

7 According to the rabid student operated Sierra Club in In Canada and elsewhere, herbicides are the most frequently used type of pestic ide and the most common her bicide in Canada is 2,4-D. Sierra Club is a PROHIBITION TERRORIST ORGANIZATION that CONSPIRES to PROHIBIT pest control products. These products are, otherwise, HEALTH CANADA APPROVED, FEDERAL- LY LEGAL, and SCIENTIFICALLY SAFE. Of all pest control products, 2,4-D HERBICIDE IS THE MOST HATED BY LU- NATIC ENVIRONMENTAL TERRORISTS. PROHIBITION TERRORIST ORGANIZATIONS claim to have some form of «secret evidence» proving that 2,4-D is not safe. In fact, they have NOTHING but CONCOCTED STORIES, PUBLIC PARA- NOIA and ENVIRONMENTAL TERROR, which are the ONLY weapons that are being used against 2,4-D.

8 The most infamous herbicide defoliant combination used in the Vietnam War was Herbicide Orange, otherwise known as Agent Orange. This product contained a 50:50 mixture of n butyl esters of 2,4-D and 2,4,5-T. Herbicide Orange was never a registered product in either the United States or Canada. The controversy associated with the use of Herbicide Orange was associated with a contaminant in the 2,4,5-T component, and not 2,4-D. At the time, 2,4,5-T was contaminated with a dioxin named TCDD. Studies showed that this dioxin, and not necessarily Herbicide Orange, increased the risk of various types of cancer and birth defects. Consequently, Herbicide Orange was suspended for use by the United States Department of Defense. 2,4,5-T was later entirely withdrawn from the market.

9 Nonetheless, there has NEVER BEEN ANY CREDIBLE EVIDENCE indicating that the Herbicide Orange herbicide mixture ( 2,4-D and 2,4,5-T with by product dioxins ) was harmful. Since this time, 2,4-D has been often FALSELY and MALIC IOUSLY associated with dioxins and cancer because of Herbicide Orange. Nonetheless, SINCE 1983, 2,4-D CAN BE CONSIDERED FREE OF DIOXINS. The Enviro Lunatics have argued that the Herbicide Orange 2,4-D affair has proven that the Professional Lawn Care Industry uses dangerous products like 2,4-D. The Professional Lawn Care Industry can argue back that 2,4-D IS NOT HERBICIDE ORANGE. Moreover, 2,4-D DOES NOT CONTAIN HARMFUL DIOXINS. Furthermore, it can be stated that 2,4-D DOES NOT CAUSE CANCER. Here s why.

10 Furthermore, it can be stated that 2,4-D DOES NOT CAUSE CANCER, which was the conclusion of the Canadian federal Pest Management Regulatory Agency of Health Canada ( PMRA ) in 2005, indicating that... the toxicological database DOES NOT SUGGEST A CARCINO- GENIC RISK. In 2008, the Health Canada also stated that... Products containing 2,4-D DO NOT POSE UNACCEPTABLE RISKS TO HUMAN HEALTH OR THE ENVIRONMENT. 11 On April 25 th, 2007, according to the Ontario Pesticides Advisory Committee ( OPAC ), under the chairmanship of the renowned Dr. Clayton M. Switzer... OPAC has conc luded after in depth c onsider atio n of the scientific evidence, there is NO REASON FOR US TO RECOM- MEND ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF 2,4-D. 2,4-D will continue to be classified according to the current classification guidelines. Dr. Switzer is a Professor at the University of Guelph, and former Dean of the Ontario Agricultural College. Dr. Switzer was Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food from 1984 to Dr. Switzer is past president of the Ontario Institute of Agrologists, member of the Agricultural Institute of Canada, member of the International Turf grass Society, and a recipient of the Queen s Golden Jubilee Medal.

12 In 2007, CropLife Canada, the trade association that represents the manufacturers of pest control products, took an even stronger position regarding cancer Do pesticides cause cancer? There are NO STUDIES WHICH LINK PESTICIDE EXPOSURE TO CANCER. In fact, health experts from the Dieticians of Canada to the Canadian Cancer Society consistently advocate a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and grains as one of the best ways to prevent cancer and heart disease. Pesticides are an important tool that allows us to grow an affordable, abundant food supply of fruit and vegetables. Enviro Lunatics have NEVER ACCEPTED any of these conclusions. In fact, they became mock infuriated, and, as of 2005, began DEMANDING PROVINCE W IDE LUNATIC TERRORIST PROHIBITIONS in earnest.

According to the DANGEROUS, HYPOCRIT ICAL, and INSATIABLE David Suzuki Foundation and its coalition friends who supported LUNATIC TERROR- IST PROHIBITION in the Province of Ontario in 2008 A systematic review of the epidemiological literature by the ONTARIO COLLEGE OF FAMILY PHYSICIANS found consistent links to serious illnesses, such as CANCER, reproductive problems and neurological d ise ases associated with pest icide e x- posure. This is clearly evident in a literature review that is a DISGRACEFULLY FALSE AND MISLEADING REPORT concocted by Ontario College Of Family Physicians ( OCFP ). Ontario College Of Family Physicians ( OCFP ) is a DISCREDITED RADICAL PROHIBITION TERRORIST ORGANIZATION that concocts LIES, TERROR, FEAR MONGERING, MISCONCEPTIONS, COERCION, DECEPTIONS, and PARANOID CONSPIRACIES about conventional pest control products. Ontario College Of Family Physicians ( OCFP ) produced a DISGRACEFUL, FALSE, MISLEADING, BIASED, and SUBVERSIVE report as part of its claim of a «growing body of evidence» against pest control products. 19 What is not explained in the OCFP report is that the «evidence» against pest control products consists of some epidemiological studies showing a W EAK ( in most cases, a VERY W EAK ) link between some pest control products and cancer. One doctor, who was listed as having peer reviewed the report, was not aware that her name was on the report until it was published, and then DE- NIED SHE HAD REVIEW ED THE REPORT. Another doctor, a peer reviewed of the report and a nine year chairman of OCFP, was found guilty of professional mis conduct over SEXUAL ACTIVITY with a female patient during psychotherapy sessions his LICENSE W AS SUSPENDED FOR TW ELVE MONTHS. There is a «growing body of evidence» that some of the authors and reviewers of the OCFP report may be UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL. The OCFP report HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIBILIT Y IN THE LEGITIMATE SCIENTIFIC COMMU NIT Y. Moreover, the OCFP report has been R EFUTED BY HEALTH CANADA, and has been INTERNATIONALLY DISCREDITED.
