Who Is Dalton James Patrick McGuinty Junior? Junior is the ENVIRO MANIAC PREMIER of the Province of Ontario. He has been a Member of Provincial Parliament ( MPP ) for Ottawa South since McGuinty has been known to hold liberal views on many social issues, such as abortion rights, marriage for same sex couples, and, obviously, extreme regarding NEEDLESS, SENSELESS, and MALI- CIOUS policies against the Green Space Industry protection. The bottom line is this McGuinty has consistently pandered to minority organizations and fringe lobbyists. And he sought to curry favour with the RADICAL Environmental Terror Movement. Consequently, the RAPE, ASSAULT, and TERROR against the Green Space Industry by the McGuinty Ontario Enviro Terror Regime has proven to be ENDLESS. It started with pest control products, and it continues now with fertilizers. IT WILL NEVER END! Financial Support of Environmental Terror Against the Green Space Industry Under the McGuinty Ontario Enviro Terror Regime, an agency called The Ontario Trillium Foundation has been used as a financial Environmental Terror Shield by the Government of Ontario and supplying vast amounts of funds to organizations in the Environmental Terror Movement that have conspired to prohibit FEDERALLY LEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLY SAFE, TOTALLY IRREPLACEABLE, and ABSO- LUTELY INDISPENSABLE conventional pest control products. Because of the McGuinty financing of Environmental Terror, and because of the passage of the Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act in 2008, the Modern Professional Lawn Care Industry is systematically being TERRORIZED and ANNIHILATED, with the resulting LOSS OF REVENUES, BUSINESS FAILURES, BANK- RUPTCIES, UNEMPLOYMENT, inflicting TERROR, DESPAIR and DESTITUTION on THOUSANDS of hapless victims throughout the Green Space Industry. Continued Terror Against the Green Space Industry McGuinty and his allies have attempted to coerce the Green Space Industry to throw away HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS of pest control products that were MALICIOUSLY and NEEDLESSLY prohibited by the McGuinty Ontario Enviro Terror Regime. In October 2009, the McGuinty Ontario Enviro Terror Regime concocted another ploy DESIGNED and DOCTORED to TERRORIZE, HARM, and THREATEN the Professional Lawn Care Industry, with the Ontario Obsolete Pesticides Collection Program. This collection may be considered as ANOTHER CRAFTY TERROR PLOY engineered by Environmental Terrorists, the McGuinty Ontario Enviro Terror Regime, and the chemical manufacturers that also appear to support Enviro Terror. The consequences of the Ontario Obsolete Pesticides Collection Program MORE TERROR, and resulting in MORE LOSS OF HARD EARNED PROFIT, inflicting DESPAIR and DESTITUTION on THOU- SANDS of hapless victims throughout the Green Space Industry.

Alliance with Enviro Maniac Activists Against the Green Space Industry Not surprisingly, McGuinty, the BIOLOGY PREMIER, must feel right at home dealing with his allies from the Environmental Terror Movement, since he is, in fact, a BIOLOGIST. We kid you not. He studied BIOLOGY and earned a B.Sc. from McMaster University prior to his completion of a second degree in law. (Biologists have traditionally NOT been well informed about pest control products, but they think they know all there is to know. In other words, they know NOTHING about pest control products.) In 1983, McGuinty became a senior partner at the family law firm. Some people claim that they are not surprised that a lawyer with a biology degree would have conspired to prohibit FEDERALLY LEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLY SAFE, TOTALLY IRREPLACEABLE, and ABSO- LUTELY INDISPENSABLE pest control products. Doubtless, McGuinty has taken great pleasure in being personally allied with Enviro Maniac Activists in the Environmental Terror Movement. Musings of a Twisted Enviro Maniac Premier According to you know who with THE biology degree, Dalton James Patrick McGuinty Junior, Premier of the Province of Ontario << It s the right of kids to play in the grass [... ] without compromising their health. >> Also according to the biology Premier << Our generation has taken to the cosmetic use of pesticide and I think that perhaps unwittingly, not realizing the dangers it represents to ourselves and most importantly to our children. >> In fact the pest control products prohibited in Ontario are FEDERALLY LEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLY SAFE, and TOTALLY IRREPLACEABLE! Latest Terror Against the Green Space Industry The RAPE, ASSAULT, and TERROR against the Green Space Industry by the McGuinty Ontario Enviro Terror Regime continues to be ENDLESS. It started with pest control products, and it continues now with fertilizers. IT WILL NEVER END! In 2010, the Government of Ontario imposed the Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste Program Plan ( M.H.S.W. ) and Harmonized Sales Tax ( H.S.T. ). Consequently, the Green Space Industry is being forced to spend even more of its limited financial resources on fertilizers. McGuinty Terror will NEVER END!

MCGUINTY WILL HAVE DANDELIONS GROWING FROM HIS POLITICAL GRAVE Slowing Down McGuinty s Ban Wagon May 30 t h, 2010 Editorial The Record ( Ontario ) If [ Enviro Maniac ] Dalton McGuinty isn t more careful, there could be Dandelions growing from his political grave. Over the seven years he s served as Ontario s [ Enviro Maniac ] Premier, McGuinty has earned a reputation for passing more new laws to protect Ontarians from their neighbours, their families and themselves than any premier before him including LAWS GOVERNING LAWNS. Opinions will differ on the value and justification for each of these laws. But it s fair to say a good number of people on this lovely May weekend will TAKE THE [ Enviro Maniac ] PREMIER S NAME IN VAIN as they strain their backs, skin their knees, jab the ground and wrench out dandelions with sweat drenched hands. All because they want a relatively weed free yard and, McGuinty s [ Enviro Maniac ] Liberals declared forbidden the pesticides that once delivered this blissful, suburban Arcadia in a more convenient manner.

FEDERAL GOVERNMENT REGULATORS HAVE RULED THAT ALL OF THE PESTICIDES BANNED IN ONTARIO ARE, IN FACT, ABSOLUTELY SCIENTIFICALLY SAFE Now, ONE Dandelion is a thing of beauty. As vivid and blazing as a noonday sun, its flower transforms itself into a white dome of seeds that ride the wind on silken parachutes. And that s the problem. The darned things are PROLIFIC and INVASIVE. They re a HERBAL RASH. And for many people, the sight of 1,000 Dandelions, or 10,000 of the stubborn weeds, defiantly popping up their yellow heads on lawns and playing fields, is a THING OF HORROR. Adding insult to injury is the opinion, of at least some people, that the pesticide ban was UNNECESSARY and legislated WITHOUT SCIENTIFIC PROOF. It is true, as the many supporters of the pesticide ban attest, that the province acted out of concern for public health. [?!?! ] But it is also true that the federal government regulators had ruled that all of the pesticides banned in Ontario were, in fact, ABSOLUTELY SAFE. This is not the place to rehash this debate. Suffice it to say, however, that Dandelions have now sprouted in the political arena.

RATHER THAN PROTECTING JOBS AND DEFENDING THE FAMILY BUDGET, MCGUINTY IS WORRIED ABOUT SAVING THE PUBLIC FROM THE SO CALLED MENACE OF PLASTIC BAGS AND WEED CONTROL PRODUCTS Last week, Ontario Conservative Leader Tim Hudak drew a line in the partisan turf between his party and the government. According to Hudak << While we are focused on creating jobs and defending the family budget, the nanny premier is worried about saving you from the menace of the plastic bag and protecting dandelions on your front lawn. >> When Hudak rails against the Liberal s Harmonized Sales Tax without threatening to do anything about it, he does not impress. When he rails against [ Enviro Maniac ] McGuinty s penchant for waving new restrictions and regulations in the face of Ontarians, the Conservative leader stands on firmer ground for fighting the NEXT election 17 months from now. Along with pesticides, the [ Enviro Maniac ] Liberals banned pit bulls, smoking in workplaces, smoking in cars with CHILDREN PRESENT, and the use of hand held devices such as CELL PHONES while driving. In addition, the government has mused about BANNING PLASTIC BAGS, and forced store owners to HIDE CIGARETTES BEHIND BARRIERS.

MCGUINTY AND HIS LIBERALS SHOULD CONSIDER THE ACCUMULATIVE EFFECT OF THEIR SEVEN YEAR BAN WAGON To be sure, each of these initiatives can claim its defenders. Indeed, this newspaper editorially endorsed measures such as the bans on drivers using cell phones, and on people smoking in public places. This would be an appropriate time, however, for the Liberals to take stock of the legacy left by their seven year ban wagon. They could do more to stop smoking if, rather than obsessing on how convenience stores display tobacco, they did something to stop the sale of cheap, untaxed, contraband cigarettes to schoolchildren. Moreover, the Liberals ought to consider the accumulative effect of all their bans. BACKGROUND INFORMATION FROM AN INDEPENDENT PERSPECTIVE The Horrendous Carnage in Ontario... On April 22 nd, 2009, Ontario legislated a NEEDLESS, SENSELESS, and MALI- CIOUS prohibition against «cosmetic pesticides» which is DESTROYING the Modern Professional Lawn Care Industry. The Ontario Professional Lawn Care Industry has lost over 300,000,000 DOL- LARS in the 2009 season. Based upon the earlier carnage experienced in other jurisdictions, such as Quebec, the Ontario Professional Lawn Care Industry will attain an ANNUAL DOWNFALL of 500,000,000 DOLLARS. By early summer 2009, Professional Lawn Care customers were OBLITERATED BY AT LEAST TWENTY FIVE PER CENT!

BACKGROUND INFORMATION The Horrendous Carnage in Ontario... ( Continued ) By autumn 2009, up to FORTY TO SEVENTY PER CENT were ANNIHILATED! By late 2009, OVER 5,000 HAPLESS VICTIMS were UNEMPLOYED ( full time employees and summer students ). Eventually, a total of 8,300 to 12,500 will be UNEMPLOYED. Several dozen companies exited the market by late Eventually, SEVEN HUNDRED AND EIGHTY BUSINESSES will FAIL or suffer BANKRUPTCY within thirty six months after prohibition. The Green Space Industry has outlined the list of CHARGES OF FRAUD AND CONSPIRACY against the Government of Ontario, as well as individual Enviro Maniac members of Environmental Terror Organizations. A consensus is building among members of lawn care franchise companies seeking damages with a class action lawsuit against any parent company that did not adequately oppose or prepare for prohibition. There are serious issues with the Ontario Minister of the Environment, John Gerretsen, who has been indiscreet with his close public ties with Enviro Maniac Activists, raising the question about the radical interests of the subversive Enviro Lobby taking precedence. Gerretsen s ministry is directly responsible for Ontario s needless, senseless, and malicious prohibition of federally legal, scientifically safe, totally irreplaceable, and absolutely indispensable pest control products. As one new restriction is piled upon another regulation and yet another new rule, many ordinary, decent citizens feel their lives have become pinched and constrained affairs needlessly and unfairly regimented by governments. Perhaps the government needs to realize that, while ordering pedestrians to wear helmet might prevent some people from concussing themselves on sidewalks, there is a point at which mature and intelligent adults should be allowed to walk freely, even if they risk stumbling. And perhaps this government should consider that the hand that digs the Dandelion may one day rule the province.

Force Of Nature presents THE WHOLE TRUTH FROM AN INDEPENDENT PERSPECTIVE from National Organization Responding Against Huje that seek to harm the Green Space Industry (NORAHG). It is a series of reports destined for the Green Space Industry, the Environmental Terror Movement, Governments, and the Media, nationwide across Canada, the United States, and overseas. The information presented in Force Of Nature has been developed for the education and entertainment of the reader by providing a sequence of historical events WITH COMMENTARY. The neutrality of these reports might be disputed. Huje is a term used to describe Enviro Maniac Activists that routinely concoct FEAR MONGERING, FRAUDULENT LIES, MISCONCEPTIONS, COERCION, THREATS, DECEPTIONS, TERROR, and PARANOID CONSPIRACIES that are DESIGNED to SCAM and DECEIVE the public into believing that families are in some NON EXISTENT danger with conventional pest control products. Huje also SCAM and DECEIVE Government Officials into the NEEDLESS, SENSELESS, and MALICIOUS prohibition of FEDERALLY LEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLY SAFE, TOTALLY IRREPLACEABLE, and ABSOLUTELY INDISPENSABLE conventional pest control products. All information, excerpts, and pictures contained in this document were found somewhere on the Internet, and may be considered in the public domain, serving one of the following purposes archive, education, promotion, publicity, or press release. The events, characters, companies, and organizations, depicted in this document are not always fictitious. Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, may not be coincidental. Force Of Nature is TOTALLY INDEPENDENT of any trade association or business operating within the Green Space Industry. Don t thank us. It s a public service. And we are glad to do it. Force Of Nature is the brainchild of William H. Gathercole and his entourage. Mr. Gathercole is a principal FOUNDER of the Modern Professional Lawn Care Industry in BOTH Ontario and Quebec. He holds a degree in Horticulture from the UNIVERSITY OF GUELPH, and another pure and applied science degree from McGILL UNIVERSITY. He has worked in virtually all aspects of the Green Space Industry, including GOLF, PROFESSIONAL LAWN CARE, and CHEMICAL INDUSTRY, and has served in public affairs, workplace safety, and environmental compliance. Mr. Gathercole has supervised, consulted, programmed, and/or overseen the successful and safe execution of HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of pest control applications in the urban landscape. He has trained, instructed, and consulted with THOUSANDS of turf managers and technicians. Mr. Gathercole has also been an agricultural agronomist. For many years, Mr. Gathercole was a contributing columnist for TURF & Recreation Magazine, Canada s Turf and Grounds Maintenance Authority. Mr. Gathercole is now retired from Force Of Nature, although his name continues to appear as the founder. Mr. Gathercole is personally credited for crafting the Golf Industry Exception Status, that endures to this day. He is also the creator of the signs that are now used for posting after application. His vast knowledge of our long journey with Environmental Issues is UNDENIABLE hopefully! For FIFTEEN YEARS, the strategies designed and implemented by Mr. Gathercole and his colleagues guaranteed the control of Environmental Terror for the entire Modern Green Space Industry across Canada. Mr. Gathercole s involvement in Environmental Issues reached a fevered pitch in the 1990s, when he orchestrated, with his colleagues, legal action against the Forces of Environmental Evil in the Town of Hudson, Quebec. Mr. Gathercole is the ONLY TRUE RELIABLE WITNESS of the Hudson Affair. Mr. Gathercole and his entourage have followed the evolution of ENVIRONMENTAL TERRORISM for over a quarter century. Through Force Of Nature, Enviro Maniac Activist Huje are identified on the basis of their statements, activities, affiliations, and whereabouts. Even though each Enviro Maniac Culprit is a misguided adversary, each still deserves our respect. The use of the terms Maniac, Culprit, Terrorist, or Basterd are not accusations of any legal wrong doing. Force Of Nature is simply holding Enviro Maniac Activists accountable for conspiring to change public policies that TERRORIZE, HARM, and THREATEN the Green Space Industry. Their pretentious prohibitionist rants have created LOSS OF REVENUES, BUSI- NESS FAILURES, BANKRUPTCY, and UNEMPLOYMENT, inflicting DESPAIR and DESTITUTION for THOU- SANDS of hapless victims throughout the Green Space Industry. The DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE of Maniac Culprit Terrorist Basterd Huje is viewed as a form of TERROR, HARM, and THREAT against the Green Space Industry.
