2 The arbitration platform will address the problem of transparent and secure trading on financial markets for millions of traders around the world! Become an ambassador of Serenity Financial platform for the whole world to know about the project and receive a generous reward! We distribute 3% of Serenity tokens among all who popularize the project because we believe in the power of words and your opinion! Numbers: The collective number of tokens that will be issued is , nominal value of each token is 0,1 Ethereum. 3% from the total number of tokens sold will be distributed among Bounty participants. Bounty Rules: 1. Everyone must open an account in order to get the bounty 2. You will be asked to provide an ETH address for the reward MAKE SURE YOU HOLD ITS PRIVATE KEYS! 3. Twitter counter The Twitter counter takes up to an hour to sync; in order to get the counter working you must first Follow the Serenity user, and then start retweeting TWITTER COUNTER TRACKS AND COUNTS ONLY YOURS RETWEETS TWEETS!! IF YOU IT WILL NOT BE COUNTED! 4. Facebook counter This counter is operating externally; it will be pending until the campaign ends 5. Signature campaign Put your Bitcointalk user profile link under "Link" 6. All custom bounties (Signatures, blog, ambassadors and Misc) will be pending until the end of the campaign, and replaced by final numbers 7. Have fun After you have created an account, just spread information about Serenity ICO in crypto-community as wide as possible by following the simple instructions in this post. By completing bounty tasks you will receive bounty-stakes, which are divided into the following categories: Twitter, Facebook, Bitcointalk signature campaign, Bitcointalk translation and moderation, writing blog posts and posting articles in popular media. At the end of ICO we will distribute Serenity points proportionally to your bounty stakes in each category. o BTT signature campaign 35% o Bitcointalk Translation and Thread Moderation 15% o Twitter reposts 5% o Facebook reposts 10% o Help with media publications & Blog articles 10% o Forex forum treads 3% o Banner campaign 10% o Financial forum signature campaign 2% o YouTube campaign 10%

3 1. Bitcointalk signature campaign 35% We are happy to invite you to the Bitcointalk signature campaign. Just upload the signature and avatar provided by us and write at least 5 constructive posts a week. Conditions to earn stakes in this category: o A minimum of 5 constructive posts a week o At least 1 post a week must be constructive and in the Serenity ANN thread o As you apply, we define your rank, and it will not be changed o To get signature rewards, you need at least 25 posts written o We will ban and will not send Serenity points to spammers and multi accounts o We don t reward avatars, only as an addition to signatures o Users not posting a minimum of 5 posts per week for 2 consecutive weeks will be removed o Receiving negative trust or ban during your participation in our campaign will result in you being disqualified from our campaign receiving nothing o If we feel you are making a lot of spam posts, you will be removed from the campaign and receive no payment o Do not change signature during campaign Each week completed will earn you the following stakes: o Legendary/Hero 20 points o Sr./Full 15 points o Member 10 points o Jr. Member 5 points o Avatar on +5 points Discussion Boards we do not count: Games and round, Micro earnings, Politics and Society, Off-topic, Archival, Posts in "tipster" threads, Auctions, Lending, Beginners and help, Press, Investor based games. 2. Bitcointalk Translation and Thread Moderation 15% For the translation and thread moderation please write here You will receive 40 coins for an ANN translation, 20 coins for our big post translation and 5 coins per page in your thread. 3. Twitter follow & Reposts 5% 1. Follow our official page on Twitter 2. Log in to Serenity account at any time during the campaign (all your retweets will be registered in any case) 3. Connect Twitter and Serenity in your account page ( connect with Twitter button).

4 You need to retweet news marked with #ICOSerenity from our official account within 5 days after their publication and not later, and do not delete them until the ICO ends. Each retweet will earn you the following amount of points: o From 20 to 30 followers 1 point o From 30 to 99 followers 10 points o From 100 to 249 followers 25 points o From 250 to 999 followers 60 points o From 1000 to 5000 followers 120 points o 5001 followers and more 250 points The account must be at least 4 months old. The number of your followers is being fixed at the moment when you connect your account and doesn t dramatically change during the campaign. NOTE: We count ONLY the posts that are marked with #ICOSerenity by our team. So, if you add our hashtag to any posts, it is not counted. 4. Facebook follow & Reposts 10% 1. Follow our official Facebook page 2. Log in to Serenity Financial account 3. Connect Facebook and Serenity Financial in your account page ("connect with Facebook" button) You need to repost news marked with #ICOSerenity from our official account within 5 days after their publication and not later, and do not delete them until the ICO. Each repost will earn you the following amount of points: o From 20 to 30 followers 1 point o From 30 to 99 followers 10 points o From 100 to 249 followers 25 points o From 250 to 999 followers 60 points o From 1000 to 5000 followers 120 points o 5001 followers and more 250 points The account must be at least 4 months old. Help us publish article in media (convenient option for journalists) & Blog articles 10% - This option is for big media and trendsetters. You can help us create an article or video blog on a popular media website or outlet. For example, you can write an article about Serenity on Coindesk, Bitcoinist, CoinTelegraph or in any other media relevant to finances and cryptocurrency.

5 We will class each article as standard (25 points), nice (90 points) or extraordinary (200 points depending on the media outlet and its reach. Please make sure, that you are ready to make an article and you are able to publish it in some popular media, and then apply through the form below. - This option is for private users. Write a post about Serenity in any language, with at least 1000 characters and containing 2 links to serenity-financial.io We will class each article as standard (10 points), nice (25 points) or extraordinary (90 points). It can be your blog or your social net personal page, for example Facebook or LinkedIn page. The article should be available to the Internet. To class your article, we will check the popularity of your blog and the quality of the content. 6. Financial forum treads 3% If you administer or moderate a forum, you can create a thread dedicated to Serenity project. Your post must not be shorter than 1000 characters with spaces. The post must not contain any negative feedback on the project. The post must be constructive and adequate. You can create a thread on the forum, publish a post about Serenity and keep it active during the campaign. 1, 2 or 3 points will be awarded for each post. If we see that there is lots of spam and trolls in the discussion, the points will not be awarded. At the end of the campaign the following criteria will be used to estimate the quality of the forum: theme, age, number of visits, and total amount of posts. If the forum has less than 5000 visits a month, the points will not be awarded. If the forum has 5000 to visits a month, 1 point for each post will be awarded and 2 points will be awarded if the amount of visits ranges from to If the number of monthly visits is over , 3 points will be awarded for each post. 7. Banner campaign 10% If you are an owner of a financial forum or a website, you can place Serenity banners there. For every 10 banner views 1 point will be awarded. Register in partner s Personal Area where you will be able to choose any banner and size and place the banner s code on your website. After the ICO is ended, all the results will be summed up and the tokens will be divided among all the program participants.. We will send you the banners. 8. Financial forum signature campaign 2% o Minimum of 25 messages during the full length of the campaign. o 30% of the posts must be about Serenity and the total amount of links must not be less than 2% from the total amount of posts. o Age of the forum account must not be less than 4 months.

6 o You must have at least 10 posts of the forum to participate in the campaign. o Receiving negative trust or ban during your participation in our campaign will result in you being disqualified from our campaign receiving nothing. o If we feel you are making a lot of spam posts, you will be removed from the campaign and receive no payment. o In your profile signature a link to Serenity must be present. o Serenity logo must be uploaded as your profile picture (forum avatar). o Do not change the signature during campaign. 9. YouTube campaign 10% You can make a video review of Serenity Project and participate in our Youtube campaign! o 1000 to points o 5000 to points o to points o to points o From points If the channel is about finance, we add additional 30 points. The video must be about the project: tell about nature of the project, which problem it addresses, how to invest, about advantages for investors. The video must contain logo, the company s name and the website address. To make sure that no one publishes your video before you do, each video must be uploaded under a private mode first and the link submitted in the Private Office of Serenity website. After that is done, the video may be made public. How you can receive your bounties After the ICO ends, your final amount of points will be visible in your Serenity account. We will distribute 3% Serenity tokens in proportion to the amount of points each bounty campaign participant has earned in each category. For example, after counting all Twitter retweets, we will make a table where everyone who reposted will see their personal bounty points earned in the Twitter category. Since there are Serenity points dedicated to the Twitter category, those points will be distributed between all members participating the bounty campaign according to the amount of points they have earned. Then we will continue to the Facebook category, then BTT Signature campaign, etc. To summarize, the points earned in each campaign will NOT be pooled together but rather the points in each category will be divided in each category separately. The information about points already earned is displayed in your Serenity account. It is updated every 48 hours. Once all of the points are counted, you will see your Serenity points in your Serenity account.
