Complete forms EARLY in the event you need to connect with a CEP (Certified Exercise Physiologist). Get forms or instructions at either Wellspring location or go to If you have been diagnosed with cancer you must fill in the entire form. Caregivers who answer NO to the first 7 questions (section 1), are clear to exercise after signing the declaration. If you answer YES to any of the questions in section 1 and/or 2 consult a CEP (Certified Exercise Physiologist) at the Thrive Lab (U of C) or your doctor. The CEP may give clearance over the phone, or in person, OR may recommend a physician review a PARmedX form. Forms must be handed in to Wellspring at least one week prior to start of class.

These energy sessions promote wellness and reduce anxiety, tension and stress. Members can sample each of the three modalities once. Participants are fully clothed in each of these minute sessions. Energy sessions are non-touch, or with light touch (applied with permission), and acccompanied by soft lighting and soothing music. Certified practitioners volunteer their time to provide these sessions. Call to register.
