Petrick, wishes to advise the audience that notice of this meeting has been filed with the Home News Tribune, The Star Ledger, The Amboy Guardian and posted on the bulletin board in the City Clerk s office and on the City s website, indicating that today s meeting is being held at the Council Chambers, City Hall, at 4:30 p.m. At this time, as a courtesy to the Governing Body, I would ask all individuals present, including members of the audience, to please turn off all cell phones and electronic devices. Adam Cruz, BA advising St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church that the City is granting church members temporary access to park in a designated church lawn area until the closure of Sadowski Parkway has ceased. NJ Div. of ABC advising that the Director has accepted payment in the amount of $7, in compromise by the licensee in lieu of suspension of license no , held in the name of RC Liquors, Inc. for 10 days for violation of ABC regulations. (3/15/18) 9. NJDEP issued a Suspected Hazardous Substance Discharge Notification of #2 heating oil due to overfill of delivery vehicle at the Buckeye Raritan Bay Terminal, Rt. 35/Smith Street. NJDEP issued a Soil Remedial Action Permit/Transfer/Change of Ownership for the One Buckingham Avenue, LLC site, also known as Cosrich Inc., Eastern Woodworking, Vira Insight, Vira MFG Inc., Vira Manufacturing Inc. at 1 Buckingham Avenue. Sayreville Planning Board advising that a public hearing will be held on March 29, 2018 at 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers, Borough Hall, Main Street on Amendment to the Master Plan Land, Use Plan Element, Housing Plan Element & Fair Share Plan. Jasko, City Clerk, advising Adam Cruz, BA that Councilman Fernando Gonzalez has requested that the Council be provided with the original and the current amended nepotism policies that were discussed at the March 14th Council Meeting and that the wording that was removed be re-inserted and it be brought back before the Council for consideration. PSE&G issued a reminder that it is planning its construction schedule for 2018 and that information regarding the city s street plans be submitted by April 1 st in order to coordinate with their gas and electric capital projects. NJDCA advising that Governor Murphy presented his proposed FY 2019 budget to the State Legislature on March 13, No municipality will receive less total state formula aid in support of its budgets than it received for their prior year budget. Council President William Petrick requesting City Clerk Elaine Jasko to obtain a list of all professional services providers doing business with the city for all departments and agencies. (3/19/18) 16. NJDEP issued a No Further Action Letter and Covenant Not to Sue for the remediation of one 1000 gallon #2 heating oil UST at 236 Kearny Avenue. (3/19/18) 17. NJDEP issued a Suspected Hazardous Substance Discharge Notification of #2 heating oil resulting from the removal of a 550 gallon UST at 174 Pulaski Avenue. (3/21/18) 18. NJDEP issued a Suspected Hazardous Substance Discharge Notification of polychlorinated biphenyls soil contamination at 150 Long Ferry Road from an unknown source.
