3 AFSCME LOCAL 444 & 2019 NEGOTIATIONS 2017 District 2 Final Package Proposal to District Proposals 3 and 4 and Joint Union Proposals J6, 13, 14, 15, 19, 25, 26, and 27 TENTATIVE AGREEMENT 01/23/18 The District presents this package proposal regarding salary, holiday, hearing aids, twenty-year wage increment, supplemental benefit and health and dental coverage. The acceptance of this package is contingent on all the other respective bargaining units also accepting District proposal to replace Health Net with Sutler as a health plan provider. See attached D3, D4, J6, J13, J14, JI5, J19, J26, and J27. Union Dues, and Service Fee, or Optional Union Contribution Deduction ChcckoIT. NEW ARTICLE Article Maintenance of Membership. Any employee currently employed or hired after the date of ratification and adoption of this agreement by the Board of Directors and who has signed a union member card shall remain a member and continue membership dues deduction for the duration of this MOU and each subsequent MOU therealfer. Employees shall have the right to withdraw from the Union by discontinuing membership dues deduction by communicating in writing to the Union and District during the month of April, for effectivity beginning the first pay period for the following fiscal year.
