Jason Sanks Public Hearing: Use Permit Application for the Placement of an AT&T Wireless Communications Facility on the Grounds of the Wigwam Resort, Located at 300 E. Wigwam Boulevard (Continued from September 17, 2014) Discussion and public comment on a proposed resolution granting a Use Permit for the location of a wireless communications facility (WCF) on the grounds of the Wigwam resort, 300 E. Wigwam Boulevard. The WCF will consist of flush-mounted antennas, an equipment shelter and related equipment on the resort grounds. Council : Discussion and possible action to adopt a resolution granting a Use Permit for the placement of an AT&T wireless communications facility on the grounds of the Wigwam, 300 E. Arizona Mutual Aid Compact Possible approval of a Compact entered into by the political jurisdictions within the State of Arizona and the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs to cope with emergencies that may require the assistance of another party or parties. XI. Executive Session A. An Executive Session may be called during the public meeting on any item on this agenda pursuant to A.R.S (A)(3) for the purpose of receiving legal advice. B. An Executive Session may be called pursuant to A.R.S (A)(3) for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the City Attorney regarding legal options available for General Plan Amendment applications. C. An Executive Session may be called pursuant to A.R.S (A)(3) and (4) for legal advice and discussion or consultation with the City Attorney regarding the City s position regarding pending litigation to acquire property owned by Dragon & Crane in the Village Center. D. An Executive Session may be called pursuant to A.R.S (A)(3) for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the City Attorney regarding the Tierra Verde Lake Wall reconstruction and the City s legal options with respect to the obligations of the adjacent homeowners association. E. An Executive Session may be called pursuant to A.R.S (A)(7) for discussion or consultations with designated representatives of the City in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations for the sale or lease of real property located at 387 E. An Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S (A)(4) for discussion or consultation with the City Attorney in order to consider its position and instruct the City Attorney regarding the City s position regarding a franchise agreement with Southwest Gas for use of city streets that is the subject of negotiations.
