Asked Mike G if he would fill in for the remainder of the year. He accepted. Corrections Have been getting 3 Big Books a month for Coldwell. Due to lack of money in Coins for Cons, need to wait to talk to Chandler. Nora in Clayton is resigning after 10 years of holding meetings at women s detention center in Clayton. Leave name on contact list for now. Need female to volunteer for meetings in Clayton. Having some issues in Lumpkin Co Jail but no problems in any of the other correctional facilities we serve. Cathy B is our new alternate State Corrections Chair. PI/CPC Nothing new. Do need a report next month from groups who have a literature rack. Want to know if we can assist. Scheduler New approval for web site. Bill of around $ for three years (Actual $155.35). Motion made and approved to pay. Motion was made and approved to put a contact name and phone no. on the schedule for those groups who do not have a GSR or Alternate. Will try to contact those groups by next meeting. Asked to send out a list to each group for them to verify their info and give us contact if they don t have one. Don t have any new information on the marathon meeting proposed. 3

4 NEW BUSINESS: 1. Prepaid coming in Augusta. 2. Area meeting on September 24 th. Will be voting on State Secretary and Treasurer. 3. GSSA and GSO can now be paid on line. 4. Encouraged everyone to read the Message. 5. Looking for a new Webmaster. 6. Bill A raised question up-to-date minutes on website. Will check into and let everyone know. 7. Mike P upcoming DCM requested we come up with a dependable Alternate. His time table doesn t allow his to be available each week. Update on Hosting Meetings Month Gateway Month Clarkesville 12 & 12 Month Nacoochee Women Seventh Tradition basket was passed.
