1 6:00 pm The 1st General Council meeting of the 57th Elected Council of the Six Nations of the Grand River Territory was held on the above noted date in the Council Chambers of the Administration Building, Ohsweken, Ontario, with Chief Ava Hill presiding. CHANGES/ADDITIONS/DELETIONS AND ADOPTION OF AGENDA GC#01/12/13/2016 Moved by Carl Hill and seconded by David Hill to adopt the General Council Agenda of December 13, 2016 with noted changes/additions/deletions 2. DELEGATIONS/PRESENTATIONS We are Still Here Residential School Survivors Robert Hill was in attendance to request financial assistance for five community members to visit the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation in Winnipeg in February The Ontario Indian Residential School Survivor Society, Rankin Reserve is funding the trip for two Six nations survivors and there are five others that wish to attend. Request is to pay airfare, accommodations and meals at a cost of approximately $5,000 to $10,000

NEW FIREHALL PROJECT TEAM GC#05/12/13/2016 Moved by David Hill and seconded by Wray Maracle that the Six Nations Elected Council approves payment of outstanding bill of $70, to Acklands - Grainger Inc. immediately. Funds identified as the SNFD New Station #1 Project Budget. GC#06/12/13/2016 Moved by Wray Maracle and seconded by David Hill that Six Nations Elected Council approves to WAIVE SECOND READING on Resolution GC#05/12/13/ DECEMBER 5 COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE RECOMMENDATION GC#07/12/13/2016 Moved by Melba Thomas and seconded by Mark Hill that the Six Nations Elected Council approve that the fees be waived at the Community Hall for the Push For Change Event on December 14, 2016 GC#08/12/13/2016 Moved by Mark Hill and seconded by Melba Thomas that the Six Nations Elected Council approves to WAIVE SECOND READING for Resolution GC#07/12/13/ DECEMBER 7 HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE GC#09/12/13/2016 Moved by Hazel Johnson and seconded by Helen Miller that the Six Nations Council approves the recovery of funds in the amount of THREE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($3,500.00) for fiscal year and funds in the amount of THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY THREE DOLLARS AND NINETY TWO CENTS ($3,643.92) for fiscal year by the Ministry of Child & Youth Services CARL HILL OPPOSED

HIV/AIDS one-time funding in the amount of THIRTEEN THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED EIGHT DOLLARS ($13,208.00). GC#15/12/13/2016 Moved by Helen Miller and seconded by Hazel Johnson that thte Six Nations Elected Council gives support by Six Nations Council Resolution to the Community Accountability Planning Submission (CAPS) in the amount of TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND FIFTY TWO DOLLARS ($2,735,052.00).

GC#18/12/13/2016 approves to WAIVE SECOND READING for Resolution GC#17/12/13/2016 The following motion was deferred for further clarification: approves the proposed restructure of the Iroquois Lodge Housekeeping Department Envelope with the understanding that the restructure will eliminate One Full Time Position and create two Part Time positions and that the current wage equalization be applied as identified. 7. SCHEDULING GC#19/12/13/2016 Moved by Carl Hill and seconded by Mark Hill that Six Nations Elected Council approves travel for Chief Ava Hill to attend the Political Confederacy Meeting on December 15, 2016 and Ontario - PC Meeting with Premier Wynne on December 16, 2016 GC#20/12/13/2016 Moved by Robert Johnson and seconded by Terry General that Six Nations Elected Council approves travel for Mark Hill to attend the Political Confederacy Meeting on December 15, 2016 GC#21/12/13/2016 Moved by Carl Hill and seconded by Audrey Powless Bomberry that the Six Nations Elected Council approves to WAIVE SECOND READING for Resolution GC#19/12/13/2016 and GC#20/12/13/2016. Six Nations Elected Council Orientation will held on January 10-11/17 in Toronto. Meetings will be scheduled with Minister Bennett Also dates are needed for the following: flow through Committee, some will be held on their site for tour One day retreat for just Council with a facilitator
