1 6:00 pm The 1st General Council meeting of the 57th Elected Council of the Six Nations of the Grand River Territory was held on the above noted date in the Council Chambers of the Administration Building, Ohsweken, Ontario, with Chief Ava Hill presiding. DELEGATIONS/PRESENTATIONS We are Still Here Residential School Survivors Robert Hill was in attendance to request financial assistance for five community members to visit the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation in Winnipeg in February The Ontario Indian Residential School Survivor Society, Rankin Reserve is funding the trip for two Six nations survivors and there are five others that wish to attend. Request is to pay airfare, accommodations and meals at a cost of approximately $5,000 to $10,000
