3 37/4/10 3 The charges against the respondents were generally that they were engaged in conduct undesirable or prejudicial to the University community's best interest in knowingly engaging in a disruptive or coercive demonstration or action which substantially impeded University operations or interfered with the rights of other persons, contrary to University Policy regarding coercive, disruptive or unauthorized demonstration.
