John Withers, representing Princess Martha, had concerns with the garage near the Princess Martha residents windows, traffic impact in the alleyway, and the impact on the Princess Martha structure during the construction phase. Peter Brooks, representing Princess Martha, had concerns with the well being of the residents and the increase of traffic flow. Jim Dickson, representing Princess Martha, had concerns the height of the project, traffic cutting through the Princess Martha parking lot, and fumes from the proposed garage close to the residents. Paul Meeker, representing St. Peter s Cathedral, spoke in support of the proposed site plan. Fred Bullard III, representing Cathedral Partners, stated they had reviewed the requests by Princess Martha and found they were not feasible for this project. Don Mastry spoke in rebuttal. Barbara McCormick Heck, representing Snell Isle Property Owners Association Board, was neutral and explained the concerns of the neighborhood and the difficulties on figuring a dock that would work.
