PUBLIC HEARING: AGENDA ITEM #1 CASE NUMBER: MM / COA Mound Place South LANDMARK: Pinellas Point Mound (HPC 02-10) MOTION: City of St. Petersburg Peter Hood, Greater Pinellas Point Civic Association (GPPCA) Monument / Marker Approval to install a 48 by 60 interpretive sign regarding the significance of the mound at the north and south entrances to the property. VOTE: Yes - Bacon, Carter, Fisher, LaBerge, Page, Reed, and Stirling. No - Conflict - None. ACTION TAKEN: Approved installation of a 48 by 60 interpretive sign regarding the significance of the mound at the north and south entrances to the property. Page 1 of 6

If approved, the extension will expire on August 18, VOTE: Yes - No - Conflict - Bacon, Carter, Fisher, LaBerge, Page, Reed, and Stirling. None. The following Historic Preservation items were administratively approved ( Streamlined ) between April 26 and May 27, AGENDA ITEM #1 CASE NUMBER: COA 08-09mm 40 Snell Isle Boulevard Northeast LANDMARK: St. Petersburg Woman s Club (HPC 88-03) St. Petersburg Woman s Club Patricia Bonanno All windows must be set back within the wall and include exterior, threedimensional muntins. French doors are not required to utilize exterior, threedimensional muntins. Replace all jalousie windows with casement windows. Replace deteriorated French doors with double-paned French doors. AGENDA ITEM #2 CASE NUMBER: COA Mound Place South LANDMARK: Pinellas Point Mound (HPC 02-10) City of St. Petersburg Claude Jenet, Greater Pinellas Point Civic Association (GPPCA) A registered professional archaeologist will monitor the work. Our office will receive a copy of any report prepared resulting from these efforts. Any change in the proposed plan must be approved by the Parks Department and Historic Preservation section prior to implementation. Install a walkway on the eroded north side of the mound consisting of fill that is a culturally-sterile sand and mulch that is retained by timber placed laterally every two feet and kept in place with stakes. Plant native ground cover adjacent to the walkway to limit further erosion. AGENDA ITEM #3 CASE NUMBER: COA 08-16AVT LANDMARK: th Street North James Henry Residence (Pending) Tiffany Chenneville The design of replacement windows and exterior doors which are damaged

4 Page 4 of 6 past repair must be approved by Historic Preservation to insure compatibility with original design. Designation, COA and AVT application received simultaneously. Proposed work includes total rehabilitation of interior and minor maintenance work on exterior. Exterior work valued at $3,500 so COA approved as minor maintenance. Designation to be prepared by City Staff. AVT approved pending designation approvals. AGENDA ITEM #4 CASE NUMBER: COA 08-17AVT LANDMARK: 404 Sunset Drive South Merhige Residence (Pending) Joanna Rosen Windows which are too deteriorated to repair will be replaced. Historic Preservation must review and approve the replacement windows to insure compatibility with original design. Designation, COA and AVT application received simultaneously. Proposed work includes maintenance work on interior and exterior so COA approved as minor maintenance. Designation to be prepared by City Staff. AVT approved pending designation approvals. B. The following cases will be administratively approved on Friday,. AGENDA ITEM #1 CASE NUMBER: Pinellas Point Drive South Huyen Vu 2091 Pinellas Point Drive South St. Petersburg, FL Lot 1, Block 1, Wedgewood Park, First Addition Approval of a variance to the street side yard setback to construct an addition to the west side of the existing single-family residence.

Biddison Eden Isle Drive Northeast, St. Petersburg, FL Approval of a variance to the maximum fence height restrictions for waterfront yards to construct a privacy fence along a portion of the rear yard abutting Eden Isle Boulevard Northeast. The fence is proposed in order to screen the view of public infrastructure in the abutting right-of-way.
