Prayer was offered by Pastor Kathleen Rolenz of the West Shore Unitarian Universalist Church in Rocky River, Ohio, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. The journal of yesterday was read and approved. The following guests of the House of Representatives were recognized by Speaker Batchelder prior to the commencement of business: The City of Westerville received H.R. 482, presented by Representative Gonzales-19th district. The Ohio State University Marching Band was honored by Representative Grossman-23rd district. The Ohio State University football team received H.R. 515, presented by Speaker Batchelder-69th district. Devin Bilski, a guest of Representatives Gardner-6th district and Sprague-76th district. Edward Tang, a guest of Representative Williams-11th district.
