To amend section of the Revised Code to modify the standard for determining when the sales and use tax applies to business-related electronic services that are provided together with other services. The report shall analyze whether the exemptions authorized in division (B)(56) of section of the Revised Code, as amended by this act, during 2019 and 2020 and the exemption authorized in Section of Am. Sub. H.B. 49 of the 132nd General Assembly have (A) caused sales tax collections to decrease in counties in which lower sales tax rates relative
