1 Call to Order President Roger Morgan called the meeting to order at 3:15 pm. Adoption of Agenda/June Minutes MOTION by Paramchuk/Kitts to adopt the September 14 th & 15 th, 2014 agenda. CARRIED MOTION by McIntyre/Simpson to adopt the minutes from the June 17, 2014 Executive meeting. CARRIED MOTION by Patterson/Croshaw to adopt the minutes from the June 18, 2014 President s Meeting. CARRIED MOTION by Laskowski/Kitchen to adopt the post AGM minutes from June 20, CARRIED 1.2 Review action list 2. Reports 2.1 Financial Report Financial Statement 2014 The financial statement was circulated and reviewed. MOTION by Patterson/Laskowski to adopt the financial statement.
