(PLANNING) (9) Ordinance declaring the necessity of, determining to proceed with, and levying special assessments for the improvement of 533 West Market Street in the City of Akron by repairing and reconstructing a sanitary sewer and appurtenances thereto; all in accordance with a petition submitted by the property owner of 533 West Market Street; and declaring an emergency. (PUBLIC SERVICE) (10) Ordinance authorizing the Purchasing Agent to purchase labor and materials from the Ohio Edison Company through the Efficiency Safety Incentive Program for the maintenance of street lights in the City; and declaring an emergency.
