CYBER LIABILITY 101 & RISK TRANSFER Did you know that Cyber theft is the fastest growing crime in the world? Approximately 15% of cyberattacks are directed against the public sector; small and large. Government entities tend to be soft targets because they are meant to be open systems. Unfortunately, many of the services offered are on unsecured websites and are vulnerable to malicious attacks. Please join the Michigan Township Participating Plan Risk Control Department on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, at Noon for a MTA Business Solutions Session. We will be discussing some of the major Cyber liability exposures affecting municipalities and delve into techniques that are available to reduce or avoid a cyberattack against your township.
