5 Call to order The meeting was called to order at 8:40 by the Chairman, Ed Soltow. Announcements by Terry Parks Lunch will be provided BBQ & golf contest Wednesday at 6:00 Adoption of the agenda It was moved and seconded to adopt the agenda. The motion carried. Approval of the minutes It was moved and seconded to approve the minutes of the March 3, 2011 meeting. The motion carried. Old business There were numerous comments by the NBIC Subcommittee on the tube replacement procedure. Therefore, the procedure was extensively revised including the revision of the sketches. The PM will incorporate the changes and submit the revised version to the subgroup for ballot. PM: A. Stupica Photographs of damaged graphite pressure vessels and parts were reviewed. The PM will review and categorize the photos. Subgroup members are encouraged to submit additional photos to the PM as soon as possible for inclusion in the review. The Subgroup will select a number of photos for inclusion in Part 2 of the NBIC. Mr. Stupica volunteered to add captions to the photographs at the March meeting. PM E.
