CALL TO ORDER B. ROLL CALL C. AGENDA ITEMS 1. Presentation and discussion by city staff and Resolution Copper staff member Jim Schenck on the Resolution Copper Project. 2. Presentation and discussion by city staff and East Valley Partnership Interim President and CEO Mike Hutchinson on East Valley Partnership's efforts. 3. Discussion regarding appointments to the Superstition Mountain Community Facilities District #1. The district has three board member terms expiring on July 7, Staff will seek the council's direction fill the board positions at the regular meeting on May 17, Discussion on conducting a meeting with the SouthEast Valley Regional Association of Realtors. SouthEast Valley Regional Association of Realtors has requested a meeting with the mayor and city council to introduce their organization and discuss real estate in the southeast valley. They ve met with cities around the valley and hope to do the same with Apache Junction. 5. Presentation and discussion of proposed Ordinance No. 1431, case PZ-6-16, a proposed planned development major amendment request by Superstition Commons LLC, represented by Charles Duck, to amend the conditions of their RM-1/PD (High Density Multi-family Residential by Planned Development) zoned, 5-acre subdivision property known as Superstition Commons Townhomes Subdivision (formerly "The Haystacks") located at 854 S. San Marcos Drive, by allowing the last five buildings (buildings 10 through 14) to be constructed as two-story four-plex townhome buildings, instead of one-story four-plex townhome buildings with basements.
