The Zittel Family Limited Partnership has applied for a zoning map amendment for parcel number The applicant has requested to change the zoning from B2 Highway commercial district to I1 Light Industrial District. The plan commission recommends approval of the zoning map amendment because the zoning change to an Industrial District is aligned with future land use map of the Comprehensive plan. The Columbus Comprehensive Plan shows the future land use for this parcel as Industrial. The Plan Commission recommended approval of Zoning Map Amendment at the Plan Commission meeting.
