Approval / Home Instructor, Yvonne Migliaccio The Superintendent recommends retroactive approval as of 12/12/17 of Yvonne Migliaccio as a home instructor at the rate of $35.62/hour; no benefits. 14. Special Counsel Rescinded The Superintendent, in consultation with the School Business Administrator/ Board Secretary, recommends the Board rescinds the appointment of Schwartz, Simon, Edelstein & Celso LLC as Special Counsel to the Passaic Valley Regional High School District as of December 31, Appointment - Special Counsel The Superintendent, in consultation with the School Business Administrator/ Board Secretary, recommends the Board appoint Scarinci Hollenbeck Attorneys At Law as Special Counsel to the Passaic Valley Regional High School District for the period of January 1, 2018 through June 30, Approval of Educational Service Contract Agreement The Superintendent, in consultation with the School Business Administrator/ Board Secretary, recommends the Board approve the Educational Services Contract Agreement with the New Jersey Department of Children and Families. 17.
