Since the Hallsville schools have continued to experience rapid growth, it was obvious to the community that a new school structure needed to be built. Since it is remote from the main campus of the school itself, it makes perfect since to construct a pedestrian/ bicycle pathway to the new building. We feel it is critical to construct this pathway to ensure the safety of the children involved. This logical addition to State Highway 124 and Ricketts Road should be constructed as soon as the grant will allow.
