1 City Council Meeting Minutes A regular meeting of the City of Dripping Springs City Council was held Tuesday, January 12, 2016, beginning at 5:30 PM at City Hall, 511 Mercer Street, Dripping Springs, Texas. I. CONSENT ITEMS The following items are anticipated to require little or no individualized discussion due to their nature being clerical, ministerial, mundane or routine. In an effort to enhance the efficiency of City Council meetings, it is intended that these items will be acted upon by the City Council with a single motion because no public hearing or determination is necessary. However, a City Council Member or citizen may request separate deliberation for a specific item, in which event those items will be removed from the consent agenda prior to the City Council voting on the consent agenda as a collective, singular item. Staff recommends approval with the following conditions: the chickens cannot be brought into the nursing facility and the patients cannot be in contact with the chickens. 3. Ordinance : An Ordinance of the City of Dripping Springs Amending the Zoning Classification with a Conditional Overlay for Tall Oaks Subdivision, Lots 1 & 2, Located at 2350 and 2400 E US HWY 290, Mark Lander, Applicant and Owner's Representative 1. Staff recommends approval of the modification of the zoning from Agricultural (AG) to Commercial Services (CS) with a Multi-Family (MF) Overlay. 3.
