Representative Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSSHB 27(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. The department shall notify the child's parents or guardian, a grandparent who is entitled to notice of hearings under AS (d), and the child's foster parent or out-of-home caregiver at least seven days before the meeting. The department may conduct a meeting under this section in person, by telephone, or through electronic communication." Representative Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
