2 2 PLAYER/MEMBER HEALTH AND SAFETY A) Frasca Soccer Complex Access: Frasca Soccer Complex is presently experiencing Winter Conditions. This means that in very short order the roads will be impassable as the facility is not routinely plowed. If you have any need to access the Snack Shack or other areas on the Complex please do so immediately. 3 PROCEDURAL Ratification of Prior Meeting Minutes*: TYSL BOD shall make a motion and vote to ratify the Meeting Minutes of the 2016 August BOD Meeting. Mo will send out a proxy vote to the board as there is no quorum tonight to vote on the minutes. Mo Melanson *Minutes distributed for review, comment and correction prior to BOD Meeting 4 PROCEDURAL Nominate and Elect TYSL Open BOD Positions: TYSL BOD shall make a motion to nominate from the list of candidates expressing interest in the positions and shall subsequently vote to elect/confirm the nominees. The TYSL Secretary shall read aloud the candidates for nomination for each position. Nomination and Vote shall follow. U4/U5 program will be run by challenger, but we still need a directory for TYSL. Tournament position needed as well. Purchasing is going to donate Mass Cup shirts.

Krissy Naughton Karen 20 minutes 7 OPERATIONAL (MA & JA) Player Development: A) Winter Player Academy : Registration for all Age Groups was opened on 12/1/16 a. 60% full as of 12/13/16 B) Winter Goalkeeper Academy: a. Registration scheduled to open 1 st week of January 2017 b. Permit for Pyne Arts School in Lowell Approved. c. Invoice submitted to Jen K. for payment. d. Thursday evenings. 5 sessions (2/9, 2/16, 3/2, 3/9, 3/16). e. Limited to 8 registrations. f. $50.00/player Coach Development: A) Massachusetts Youth Soccer Winter Workshop 2017 a. Nine individuals have expressed interest in attending i. Mostly BOD members with exception of Mark and Annmarie Viets ii. Has an been sent to In-Town coaches? b. NSCAA Small-Sided Games Diploma being offered Registration is up. We need more U12. U8 has a waiting list. 68+ kids at last check. Sundays. Facility permit is set. Challenger is all set. 1 more post before Christmas and one more after Christmas to push for registration. No session 2/19 Goalkeeping academy will go out the first week of January. Coach PD on January 28th. Pushing info to TYSL coaches. TYSL covers cost. will be sent out next week by In town directors; Mario and will follow up right after the holidays. Mario Almeida 20 minutes 8 OPERATIONAL (CG) A) TYSL-branded SpiritWear Program: The Online Spirit Wear store opened for business on 10/06/2016. Carolyn to provide updates on the new store as well as status of embroidered headwear and other merchandise. Apparel sales going well. Working with Ryan from Northeast Promotions. We will switch over to them. Can t offer us UnderArmour, but they can Carolyn Gaglione

4 B) TYSL-branded SpiritWear Program: Carolyn to provide update on the development of another on-line retailer for expanded offerings. embroider. Will work with him at the beginning of the year. 9 ADMINISTRATIVE (JK) Financial: Financial Review: Treasurer will review the monthly (and YTD) budgetary status report. Invoice from Mass Youth came in. Budget is good. Jonas 4 $25 gift cards from Jen for distribution to outgoing board member. Jen also gave Annmarie a $100 and $50 gift card to give to the volunteers at trivia night. Looking into broadening to American Express, Pay Pal, Google Pay, mobile squares. 5 The vote on November minutes was announced and material was delivered via organization to which all Directors have access. Of the 12 voting members, a simple majority (7) voted in-favor of accepting the Meeting Minutes. Thus, we are so moved to accept.
