Therefore, pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Lead Plaintiff and the Trusts hereby notify the Court that all claims against the 11 various Trusts listed on Exhibit A hereto are hereby dismissed with prejudice, with each party bearing its own costs.
