Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 78u-4(a)(3)(B), Ajit Sodhi is appointed Lead Plaintiff for the putative class. 2. Lead Plaintiff's selection of counsel is approved. Lead Counsel is vested by the Court with the following responsibilities and duties as further set forth in this order. 4.
