1 Fly to 110 Competition Regulations ORGANISING PARTY This competition (hereinafter Competition ) is run by F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A., based in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 9, Milan, Italian tax code (hereinafter the Organising Party or Inter ). COMPETITION PERIOD It will be possible to register for the Competition from 15/01/2018 to 12/02/2018 (hereinafter Competition Period ). The prize draw will be held on 13/02/2018. AIM OF THE COMPETITION AND CONTESTANTS Inter offers fans the possibility, upon payment of a fee, to join Inter Clubs (hereinafter Inter Club Registration ). The Competition is open to all fans with a valid Inter Club Registration for the 2017/18 season during the Competition Period (hereinafter Eligible Members ). The aim of the Competition is to promote loyalty among Inter Club members. WHO CANNOT TAKE PART The following persons may not take part in the Competition: Indonesian fans who signed up to an Inter Club at a reduced rate (since the promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions); persons employed by or who work with the Organising Party and who are in any way involved in the organisation of the Competition. TERRITORY AND APPLICABLE REGULATIONS The Competition will take place in Italy (hereinafter Territory ) since all Eligible Members, even those who live outside Italy, must register for the Competition using an online form (hereinafter Form ) available on in the section dedicated to Inter Clubs (hereinafter the Site ), and the database which collects all registrations is on a server based in Italy. The running of the Competition and all related procedures will therefore be subject to Italian law. Pag. 1 di 6

2 PRIZES AND CONDITIONS The Competition offers one prize to be used by the winner and a guest of his/her choice consisting of the following (hereinafter Prize ): a) a return flight from the airport closest to the winner s house to Milan (Linate or Malpensa); depending on the airport of departure, one or more flight changes may be required; b) travel from the airport to the hotel; c) two nights in a four-star hotel in Milan, in a twin/double room with breakfast included; d) one dinner; e) two tickets for the 2017/18 Serie A match between Inter and Napoli (scheduled for 11 March 2018, but possibly subject to changes made by the Lega Serie A which Inter has no control over) with hospitality services and other on-site activities (for example, a tour of the Stadio San Siro) included; f) travel to the airport for the return flight. The Prize has an approximate estimated value of 5,000 (IVA included where appropriate). All Eligible Members who intend to take part in the Competition should note the following conditions: The Prize includes everything that is detailed in the above points a) to f); therefore, anything not expressly stated as being part of the Prize is to be paid for by the winner (for example, travel to and from the airport of departure; meals other than those specified above, other extras, etc.). Should the winner be an Eligible Member under the age of 18, his/her guest must be a parent or legal guardian, or an adult with written authorisation from the minor s parent or legal guardian allowing the minor to travel with the winner and use the Prize. Should the winner be an adult and his chosen guest be a minor, the minor must be the winner s son or daughter, or under his legal responsibility; if the minor is another relative or not related to the winner, the winner must obtain written authorisation from the minor s parent or legal guardian allowing the minor to travel with the winner and use the Prize. If the winner lives in Italy, the return flight may be replaced by travel on a high-speed train if this is more convenient from a logistical point of view and in terms of travelling time. If the winner lives outside the EU, he/she must have a passport valid for entry into Italy; depending on his/her country of origin, a visa with a specified travel period may also be required. Eligible Members should therefore make the relevant enquiries before entering the Competition. Should it be necessary, for organisational reasons that are unforeseeable at the time of drawing up these regulations (for example, the match being played in the evening, specific logistical issues relating to flights, etc.), for the winner to spend an additional night in a hotel, the cost of this additional night will be covered Pag. 2 di 6

3 by Inter. Since it is necessary to provide a guarantee for the Prize to the Ministry for Economic Development, a conservative estimate of the Prize value has been made, considering that the winner and his/her guest may be travelling from the Southern Hemisphere and the subsequent cost of flights; if the winner lives closer to Milan, no reimbursement or alternative benefits will be provided owing to the difference in the cost of flights, since the Organising Party is only held to provide the Prize offered, regardless of the estimated value; in the unlikely case that the cost of the flights is greater than the conservative estimate of the Prize value, Inter will cover the additional costs in order to fulfil its obligation in providing the Prize offered. The Prize may be used exclusively by the winner and a guest of his/her choice. The winner cannot transfer the Prize to anyone else. The users of the Prize must respect the rules and regulations relating to tickets and entry to sports stadiums. The following parties shall not be permitted to redeem the Prize: i. any persons subject to proceedings as set out by Article 6 of Law No. 401 of 13/12/1989 and subsequent modifications and amendments (ban on accessing places where sporting events are being held DASPO); ii. any persons subject to preventative measures as set out by Law No of 27/12/1956 and subsequent modifications and amendments (preventative measures against persons who endanger safety and public morality); iii. any persons convicted of or charged with crimes committed at or following sporting events. TOTAL VALUE OF PRIZES The total value of prizes to be won in the Competition is estimated at 5,000 (VAT included where appropriate). METHODS OF PARTICIPATION AND ALLOCATION OF PRIZES During the Competition Period, Eligible Members who wish to enter the Competition can register for it using the Form on the Site. Besides the Eligible Member s personal details, the following information must also be provided on the Form: Inter Club card number (the card must be valid during the Competition Period); a working address; a mobile phone number or other phone number where the Eligible Member can be contacted if he/she wins. 4 In accordance with Italian Law 196/2003 (Privacy Code), please note that the data collected while registering for the Competition will be processed and handled in order to fulfil the obligations deriving from these regulations and relevant laws relating to prize competitions. For these processing purposes, it is not therefore necessary to obtain prior consent from the interested parties (the Eligible Members) since they are legal and contractual requirements. At the end of the Competition Period, and prior to the final draw, the Organising Party shall compile a list of all persons eligible to take part in the Competition (hereinafter List of Eligible Participants ). Any persons who registered using the Form during the Competition Period who are not Eligible Members (i.e. persons who do not have a valid Inter Club card or whose Inter Club card has expired) will not be included in the List of Eligible Participants. The final draw will take place in the presence of a notary public or an official responsible for consumer protection and safeguarding public trust at a regional Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Agriculture and Small Business. The draw will be made using random-winner software (based on the RAND function in Microsoft Excel ) with a declaration confirming the IT system s respect for public trust. The above-mentioned software will be used to draw from the List of Eligible Participants: one winner; 10 reserves. NOTIFICATION TO WINNER AND REDEEMING THE PRIZE Once the Prize has been allocated, the winner will be contacted by and, if needed, by telephone, using the details provided in the registration Form. The Organising Party shall not be held responsible for the winner failing to receive notification of their success in the event that: their inbox is unable to receive new messages; the address provided doesn t exist or is unreachable for reasons attributable to the service provider of the recipient; the message containing the notification of success is mistakenly classified as junk mail or spam due to an incorrect configuration of the winner s system or their service provider; the telephone number provided doesn t exist, is unreachable or if there is no response despite repeated attempts. The winner must confirm by that he/she wishes to redeem the Prize within two working days of being notified. He/she must attach a copy of a valid form of ID both for him/herself and his/her chosen guest; should Pag. 4 di 6

5 these persons be non-ue citizens, the ID provided must be a passport valid for travel to Italy with an expiry date after the planned visit to Italy. If the winner does not respond within the above-mentioned timeframe, he/she will be considered unreachable and he/she will lose the right to the Prize. The Prize will then be allocated to the first reserve and the procedure repeated, with other reserves if necessary, until the Prize is claimed. If the winner replies within the above-mentioned timeframe but fails to provide copies of the documents requested, or the documents are not valid, he/she will lose the right to the Prize. Should the winner and his/her guest with valid passports require a visa for entry to Italy, Inter will provide support and any documents necessary to obtain it. The travel documents and booking details will be sent to the winner in good time ahead of departure. WAIVER OF RIGHT TO RECOVER WITHHOLDING TAX The Organising Party hereby waives its right to recover withholding tax in favour of the Competition winners in accordance with Article 30 of Italian Presidential Decree No. 600/1973. PUBLICITY The Competition will be publicised on the internet, in accordance with the provisions set out in these regulations. NOTE FINALI Any prizes not assigned will be given as charitable donations to the CeAS Centro Ambrosiano di Solidarietà ONLUS, with legal headquarters in Viale Giuseppe Marotta, , Milan Italian Tax Code The full Competition regulations will be published on the Site. By way of security for the prizes offered, a guarantee has been provided to the Ministry for Economic Development. The Organising Party shall not be held liable for any hardware, software or network connection issues attributable to third parties or force majeure which prevent participants from connecting to the Internet and Pag. 5 di 6

6 completing the Competition registration Form. The Organising Party shall not be held liable for any organisational changes relating to the Prize where these are attributable to third parties or force majeure (for example, adverse weather conditions, strikes or socio-political events that have an effect on airport or flight staff, etc.). The Prize shall be considered as provided once the travel documents and relevant booking information has been sent to the winner; if, for whatever reason, the winner and his/her guest miss their flight or do not have the necessary ID documents, the Prize will be considered as unused.
