1 WINTER PLEASURES WITH CANTON CONTEST Official Rules 1. CONTEST PERIOD 1.1 The Winter Pleasures with Canton contest (the Contest ) held by Lassonde Specialities Inc. (the Sponsor ) begins on February 13 th, 2017 at 11:00:00 am Eastern Standard Time ( EST ) and ends on March 10 th, 2017 at 4:00:00 pm (EST) (the Contest Period ). 2. ELIGIBILITY 2.1 To be eligible to participate in the Contest, a participant must (i) be a natural person, (ii) be a legal resident of the province of Quebec, and (iii) have reached the age of 18 years old at the time of participation in the Contest (a Participant ). 2.2 Employees of the Sponsor or of its affiliates, of their representatives and agents, of the promotion agencies related to the Contest and any person with whom such person resides are not eligible to participate in the Contest as well as immediate family of any of the above, are not eligible to enter the Contest. In these Contest rules immediate family means husband, wife, spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, son and daughter of such an employee, agent and/or representative. 3. HOW TO ENTER 3.1 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, a Participant must: go to Canton s website at the following address : (the Contest Site ), click on the Contest tab located on the Contest Site s homepage, fill an entry form ( Entry Form ), acknowledge that he or she has read and accepted these contest rules by checking the box provided for that purpose, click on the Submit tab, a new page should then appear and confirm the Participant has earned an eligible participation to the Contest; or (b) go to Canton s Facebook page at the following address : ( Canton s Facebook page ), click on the Like tab of Canton s Facebook page, like and comment a post specifically related to the Contest posted on Canton s Facebook page s wall by indicating with whom he or she would like to spend a week-end would he or she win a Grand prize, click on the link of said post which will take the Participant to the Contest Site, click on the Contest tab located on the Contest Site s homepage, fill an Entry Form, acknowledge that he or she has read and accepted these contest rules by checking the box provided for that purpose, click on the Submit tab, a new page should then appear and confirm the Participant has earned an eligible participation to the Contest. 3.2 The Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of identity or of eligibility to the Contest at any time and at its sole discretion. Each Participant may only use one (1) Facebook profile and/or one (1) address to enter the Contest. Limit of one (1) entry per Participant, per postal address and per IP address throughout the Contest Period. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any

2 individual who contravenes or attempts to contravene these Rules. 3.3 All of the fields on the Entry Form must be completed, unless the information is indicated as being optional. Any Entry Form on which the required information is incomplete, inaccurate or false may be declared ineligible to the Contest. 4. WINNER SELECTION 4.1 Grand Prizes Winners (b) (c) (d) (e) Three (3) finalists for the Grand Prizes (as defined below) (the Finalists, each a Finalist ) will be selected during random draws among all eligible Entry Forms received in accordance with these Rules (the Draw ). The Draw will take place on March 14 th, 2017 at 10:00:00 am (EST) at the Sponsor s offices located at 170, 5 th Avenue, Rougemont, Quebec, J0L 1M0 by a Sponsor s representative. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depends on the number of eligible Entry Forms received. Each Finalist will be notified by telephone, by or by private message via Facebook, at the discretion of the Sponsor, within forty eight (48) hours following the Draw. In the event a Finalist does not respond to the Sponsor s representative within a period of forty eight (48) hours following the first contact, the Finalist will be disqualified and a second Finalist will be selected among all remaining eligible Entry Forms received. In the event the Sponsor is unable to notify the second Finalist within a reasonable period or if the second Finalist does not respond to the Sponsor s representative within a period of forty eight (48) hours, such second Finalist will be disqualified and the Sponsor will have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the award of such Grand Prize (as defined below). The Sponsor will send each Finalist a declaration and release form (the Declaration and Release Form ) whereby the Finalists each acknowledge and confirm that these Rules have been complied with and that the Sponsor and any organisation participating in the award of the Grand Prizes or to administer Contest and their respective employees shall have no liability for any harm, accident, loss or prejudice related to the Contest, the Grand Prize or the award or use of the Grand Prize. The Declaration and Release Form will include a mathematical skill-testing question. Each of the Guests will also have to sign a Declaration and Release Form. If a Guest is a minor, the Declaration and Release Form must be signed by a parent of legal tutor of the Guest. In order to be declared a Winner (as defined below), each Finalist must correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question without any assistance whatsoever (including mechanical assistance) and will have to sign and return the Declaration and Release Form within forty-eight (48) hours after such Declaration and Release Form has been sent by the Sponsor to the Finalist, as set out in these Rules. Otherwise, the Grand Prize will be deemed to be forfeited by the Winner and the Sponsor will have the right, at its sole discretion, to select another Finalist as set out in this Section 4.1 or cancel the award of the Grand Prize.

3 (f) The Sponsor will contact the Winners within thirty (30) days following the Sponsor s receipt of the Declaration and Release Form duly completed and signed by all Winners. 5. PRIZES 5.1 Three (3) grand prizes (the Grand Prizes, each a Grand Prize ) will be awarded in this Contest each consisting of : one (1) One Night Family package at the Hôtel de Glace (for a family of two (2) adults and two (2) children of 11 years old and under) having an approximate retail value ( ARV ) of $850CAD, excluding applicable taxes, including: (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) (v) (vi) (vii) (viii) (ix) one (1) night in a regular room at the Hôtel de Glace including the Nordic sleeping bag for the night; access to one (1) room at Hôtel Valcartier on the same night as your stay at the Hôtel de Glace (for luggages, shower, etc.); a welcome cocktail served in an ice glass; access to the Nordic area s hot tubs and sauna under the stars; one (1) breakfast; one (1) winter activities passport giving access to the snow slides, Snow Rafting and Ice Skating Paths; access to the indoor/outdoor pool of the Hôtel Valcartier Spa (must be at least 14 years old or older); 10% off on other activities on site of the Hôtel de Glace; all gratuities. (b) one (1) Snow & Fondue package and one (1) night at Village Valcartier having an ARV of $485CAD, excluding applicable taxes, including: (i) (ii) one (1) night in two (2) closed bedrooms (each for double occupancy) one with a big bed and the other one with two (2) big beds; one (1) Snow and Fondue Package for the whole family including Passport tickets (up to four (4) Passport tickets) giving access to the Valcartier winter playground for one (1) day and one Chinese fondue meal (three (3) course table d hôte meal) (maximum of four (4) people, excluding children of 3 years old and under) (available only on Saturdays, starting January 7 th, 2017, only one (1) service starting at 6:00:00 p.m., chicken nuggets meal for 3 to 4 years old children). (c) $185CAD in cash for expenses during the trip.

4 5.2 Total ARV of each Grand Prize is of $1,520.00CAD. 5.3 Each Grand Prize winner is referred to as a Winner and collectively as the Winners. 5.4 Each Winner may be accompanied by one (1) adult and a maximum of two (2) children of 11 years old or under (the Guests ). 5.5 Each Winner must use their Grand Prize between January 7, 2018 and March 26, Each of the Winners and the Guests must be available during this period to use the Grand Prizes. A Winner must use all portions of his/her Grand Prize during one week-end. Winners will be responsible for booking their stay at Hôtel de Glace and with Hôtel Valcartier, which will be subject to Hôtel de Glace and Hôtel Valcartier s terms and conditions and to their room availability. Reservations made with Hôtel de Glace and Hôtel Valcartier cannot be modified unless otherwise agreed with Hôtel de Glace and/or Hôtel Valcartier. If a Winner and/or his/her Guests cannot use a Grand Prize, in whole or in part, during the period specified in this subparagraph, Sponsor will have the right, at its sole discretion, to select another Finalist as set out in section 4.1 or cancel the award of the Grand Prize. 5.6 The following expenses are excluded from the Grand Prizes and are the sole responsibility of the Winners and the Guests: (b) (c) (d) Transportation between the place of residence of the Winners and the Guests to the Hôtel de Glace and Hôtel Valcartier (both located in Valcartier, near the city of Québec); Lodging, other than as set out in the description of the Grand Prize; and meals, snacks and other foods (other than the meals specifically included in the Grand Prize); All other expenses which are not specifically included in the description of the Grand Prize, including gratuities, alcohol, service fees/charges, telephone, facsimile, cable, cleaning, room service, valet, personal items and all optional activities not specifically included in the Grand Prize. 6. PERSONAL INFORMATION 6.1 By entering the Contest, each Participant consents to the collection, use and disclosure by the Sponsor or its authorized agents of the Participant s personal information provided in this Contest for the purpose of carrying out the Contest and delivering the Grand Prizes. 6.2 The personal information may be transferred to third parties that are retained by the Sponsor to perform storage, management and other similar functions, subject to the laws applicable to the protection of personal information and the Sponsor s internal policies regarding personal information. Files containing personal information will be kept at the Sponsor s or its service provider s offices or on their servers, and employees who require access to personal information in order to fulfil their job requirements will have access to these files. To the extent provided by applicable law, the individuals concerned may request access to the file containing their personal information and the correction of such information by contacting the

5 Sponsor. 6.3 By accepting a Grand Prize, the Winner and the Guests grant the Sponsor the right to, in any way in relation with the Contest, its promotion or its organization, produce, reproduce, publish, broadcast, communicate by telecommunication, exhibit, disseminate, adapt, use and reuse his or her name, address (city, province), voice, declarations, image, photos or other representations or recordings for publicity purposes using any media and in any format, including, without limitation, on the Internet, without any notice or compensation, and the Winner may be required to sign a document to this effect. 7. ERRORS 7.1 Without limiting the generality of the exoneration set forth in Section 9.1, it is understood that the Sponsor and any organization participating in the management of the contest or in the delivery of the Grand Prizes, and their respective representatives and employees, will not be responsible: (i) for comments posted on the Canton s Facebook page (ii) for any information which is insufficient or incorrect related to the users of the Contest Site, of Canton s Facebook page or of the equipment or program used in the context of the Contest, or of a technical or human error which could occur when the Entry Forms are being processed; (iii) for Entry Forms that are stolen, destroyed, accessed without authorization or altered; (iv) for problems or technical malfunction related to networks, telephone lines, online computer systems, servers or access providers, computer equipment and software, viruses or bugs; (v) for the Sponsor not being able to receive or send an electronic message or , for any reason whatsoever, including traffic congestion on the internet or on any website or both; (vi) for damage caused to a Participant s or another person s computer system or equipment as a result of participating in, uploading or downloading material in relation to the Contest. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use, whether direct or indirect, of automated devices will cause immediate disqualification of a participant and its accomplices, and the Sponsor reserves all of its rights and recourses against the user of such automated devices and its accomplices. 8. RIGHT TO CANCEL, SUSPEND OR MODIFY 8.1 By entering the Contest, each Participant agrees to be bound by these Rules, available on the Contest Site throughout the Contest Period. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel these Rules without notice, provided it has obtained the required approvals from the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec. 8.2 Subject to the foregoing, the Sponsor may change as well as partially or completely terminate the Contest at any time if, at its sole discretion, the Sponsor believes that the Contest is not taking place as expected for any reason whatsoever, including because of fraudulent manipulation, destruction, loss or theft of Entry Forms or any other problem which could jeopardize the fairness or integrity of the Contest. 9. GENERAL CONDITIONS 9.1 By entering or attempting to enter the Contest each Participant or potential participant agrees to: forever exonerate, release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its administrators, directors, employees, shareholders, agents and other

6 representatives, its parent-company and its affiliates from any and all claims, actions, damages, demands, courses of action, causes of actions, or responsibility of any kind whatsoever resulting from or related to the participation or attempted participation in the Contest, the compliance or noncompliance with these Rules, the acceptance, possession, use or abuse of a Grand Prize or any activity related to a Grand Prize; and (b) completely indemnify the Sponsor and its administrators, directors, employees, parent companies, affiliates, partners, suppliers, sponsors and agents for any third party claims related to this Contest or to any violation of these Rules by the Participant or any activity related to a Grand Prize, without limitation. 9.2 No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with Participants, other than Participants who have been selected as Finalists. 9.3 The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude from the Contest and any other contest or future promotion offered by the Sponsor any Participant who does not comply with these Rules. 9.4 Each Grand Prize must be accepted as is and without substitution in cash or otherwise, except as agreed to by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Grand Prize of equivalent value if any Grand Prize cannot be awarded as provided for by these Rules. Any portion of a Grand Prize that is not accepted by the respective Winner will be deemed forfeited. The Sponsor does not warrant, either implicitly or expressly, the safety, appearance or performance of the Grand Prizes or any activity related to the Grand Prizes. By accepting a Grand Prize, a Winner acknowledges that the only warranties applicable to any aspect of the Grand Prize whatsoever, if they exist, are the warranties provided by the Grand Prize s supplier to the Sponsor which are transferable and/or manufacturer/supplier s warranties. The Winners do not have any recourse against the Sponsor for any warranty related to the Grand Prizes in any circumstance whatsoever. In the event a Winner does not use all or part of a Grand Prize s components, as applicable, for any reason whatsoever, such person will not be financially compensated and this component will become null. The Sponsor will in no way be liable for any event which leads to a Grand Prize being annulled or for events beyond its control which lead to a Grand Prize or part of a Grand Prize not being awarded. 9.5 In the event of a dispute related to the identity of a Participant who validated an Entry Form on the Contest Site, such Entry Form will be deemed to have been validated by the authorized holder of the electronic address submitted at the time the Entry Form was validated. For the purpose of these Rules, authorized holder shall mean the physical individual who has been assigned an electronic address by an Internet access provider, Internet service provider, or any other organization responsible for assigning electronic addresses for the domain related to the electronic address contained in the Entry Form at issue. The selected Participant may be required by the Sponsor to provide proof (in a form deemed acceptable by the Sponsor, including but not limited to, photo identification issued by governmental authorities) that he or she is the authorized holder of the electronic address contained in the Entry Form at issue. 9.6 The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude from the Contest and any other Contest or future promotion organized by the Sponsor, any person

7 guilty or suspected of being guilty of having tampered with the Contest process, the Contest Site or Canton s Facebook page of having violated these Rules or having acted in a disloyal manner or in a manner which adversely affects or is intended to disturb, abuse, threaten or harass another person. A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON WHO ATTEMPTS TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE CONTEST SITE, CANTON S FACEBOOK PAGE OR ANY OTHER WEBSITE OR HINDER THE LEGITIMACY OF THE CONTEST PROCESS COMMITS CRIMINAL AND CIVIL OFFENCES, AND THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN SUCH CASE, TO CLAIM DAMAGES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 9.7 In the case of a discrepancy between the French version and the English version of these Rules, the French version will take precedence. 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 10.1 All intellectual property covering the promotional material, the Contest Site and Canton s Facebook page are the exclusively property of the Sponsor or its affiliates or licensors. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copyright or use of any copyright material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner or holder is strictly prohibited. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the Hôtel de Glace Québec-Canada Inc. or Village Vacances Valcartier. Each of Hôtel de Glace Québec-Canada Inc. and Village Vacances Valcartier is completely released of all liability by each Participant in this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed to Sponsor. 11. FACEBOOK 11.1 The Contest is neither managed nor sponsored by Facebook. The participant provides its personal information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook. Facebook will not be liable in any way for any issue related to the Contest. 12. APPLICABLE LAW 12.1 These are the official rules for the Contest. This Contest is governed by federal, provincial and municipal law and regulations. Subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, these Rules may be modified without notice including without limitation in order to render them compliant with federal, provincial or municipal laws or with the policies of an entity having jurisdiction over the Sponsor. 13. RÉGIE DES ALCOOLS, DES COURSES ET DES JEUX 13.1 For Quebec residents, any dispute respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any dispute respecting the award of a Grand Prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. 14. LIST OF WINNERS 14.1 Within thirty (30) days following the Draw, the Sponsor will publish the name of each of the Winners on the Contest Site for a period of at least thirty (30) days.

8 INDIVIDUALS PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST ACKNOWLEDGE HAVING READ AND ACCEPTED THESE RULES AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THEM.
