Exchange of views on the wine market situation (roundtable). 206 Production declarations indicate a grape must harvest of 69.4 Mio hectolitres, % above the 5-year average, however 2% below the result of previous campaign. 207 harvest in Germany and Luxemburg risk to be seriously impacted by hailstorms and extreme low temperatures. Other Member States experienced the same adverse weather phenomena, with potential impacts on harvests to be assessed. 2.2 Exchange of views on a draft Commission Implementing Regulation opening and providing for the administration of Union tariff quotas for wine originating in Kosovo. Presentation of draft Commission implementing regulation opening the wine TRQs of Kosovo specified in protocol II to the SAA with Kosovo. The quantities imported from Kosovo since April 206 under the autonomous trade measures established by Council regulation 25/2009 should be discounted against the TRQ under the Protocol II to the SAA/this implementing regulation, both in 206 and Exchange of views on a draft Implementing Regulation recasting Commission Regulation (EC) No 436/2009 and Titles III and V of Commission Regulation (EC) No 555/2008 The state of play and an updated indication of the next steps planned were given, as well as a presentation of the amendments brought to the draft Implementing Regulation following the pre-consultation of the Legal Service. No major issue was raised on the new draft text, pending written comments from Member States. 2.4 National Support Programmes - State of play National Support programmes 2

The Committee for the Common Organisation of the Agricultural Markets Wine discussed a working document concerning an implementing act re-casting Commission Regulation (EC) No 607/2009 as regards PDOs/PGIs and traditional terms for certain wine sector products. Comments made by CY, IT, SW and DK on the PDO/PGI Chapter. No major issue raised. No comments were expressed on the chapter related to the registration of traditional terms. 2.6 AOB miscellaneous Germany raised the marketing of Blue wine produced in Spain. Commission services replied that the addition of indigotine or anthocyanin which are not among the authorized oenological practices in Commission Regulation 606/2009 prevent the use of the term wine for such products (e-signed) Jens SCHAPS Director 3
