Decades of experience in working with a broad range of partners (state and non-state) in developing/transitional countries (Africa, Asia, Middle East and Europe) on the identification, design and implementation of programmes and projects. Proven research, analytical and writing capacity. A clear understanding of policy and strategy, and the translation of these into appropriate and coherent activity.
