22 Spotlight on indicator analysis Where not to highlight changes There are some results at the indicator level which ideally we will not emphasize in the media or in client conversations. Collecting data for 50+ indicators across 128 countries from credible institutions is challenging, and in some cases data is not always available or up to date. Therefore each country has certain indicators it is best not to highlight because: A data point is older than typical for other countries An missing value was imputed (only done for a maximum of one indicator per component) The strength or weakness is borderline For Albania these indicators include: Overall Basic Human Needs Shelter: Availability of affordable housing Access to Information and Communications For information, contact Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited 2017 Social Progress Index 22
