Indian Ocean wave activity by BMKG and ITB, date Sept 9-10, The Annual International Workshop and Expo on Sumatra Tsunami Disaster and Recovery (AIWEST) by ITB and Unsyah, th October International Seminar held respectively by BMKG, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, and National Agency for application of Technology 4. The series of activities in Aceh, from 25 until December 28, 2014 include, Recitation and Prayers, Meditations 10th anniversary of the tsunami, disaster exhibitions, art and cultural performances and tsunami run 10 K race. 5. Activities carried out by, among others Seminar by NDMO of 10 years Tsunami date October 14 in Bengkulu, the preparation of the book "10-year journey tsunami" and Exhibition 10 tsunami in Jakarta. 6. And several other activities such as the revitalization of the tsunami museum by UNESCO, the publication of research results and prototype tsunami by LIPI, etc. 4

6 recent learning from recent disaster and next forward The tsunami response experience, has contributed to form a formula, where in order to be successful in DM, one need combined legal-policy framework, hazard specific technological intervention and structural mitigation efforts.
