OPERATIONS PROCESS FLOW CHART Download SVS App from Travelport Marketplace, then after SVS App icon will be available on the Travelport Smartpoint screen After updated of traveller details in Smartpoint, open SVS App for booking travel visa. Select traveller Nationality, Destination country and Residing Province, then click on Search View DOCUMENTS REQUIRED CHECK LIST and then select VISA OPTION (as per duration & number of entries) Your selected VISA OPTION details will save automatically in the next tab (VISA BASIC DETAILS) On the VISA BASIC DETAILS tab, you have to enter traveller DOB in the prescribed format, then for fee details click on CALCULATE FEE button. In the next tab CUSTOMER DETAILS if required correct the traveller First Name & Middle Name. Enter missing information (passport number etc.,) Enter Notes (if you would like to say anything to SVS team) Click on SUBMIT button Your visa order has been confirmed and you will get 14 digits visa application REFERENCE NUMBER. This number will auto saved in the same booking as a *NP (notepad file) SVS operations team will takeover to process visa. w w w. s v s v i s a s e r v i c e s. c o. z a Page 3

4 2. PASSENGER DETAILS UPDATE ON SMART POINT All valid users who have credentials for Travelport Smartpoint should Sign-in with their credentials and follow the steps below. After login in to Travelport Smartpoint, add passenger details under "PNR" in "Create/Edit Customer Information" such as Name, Contact details, ID etc., and then "SAVE" it. 3. SEARCH FOR FLIGHTS (not mandatory) Now Perform flight Search and select a Segment (it is not mandatory for Visa Booking) w w w. s v s v i s a s e r v i c e s. c o. z a Page 4

5 4. OPEN SVS APPLICATION Now select SVS Logo for Visa Details 5. SEARCH FOR VISA REQUIREMENTS In SVS app, Select Nationality, Destination and State/Province and Press Search for Visa Requirements w w w. s v s v i s a s e r v i c e s. c o. z a Page 5

6 6. DOCUMENTS CHECK LIST You can view document check list by clicking on "DOCUMENT CHECKLIST - TOURIST VISA" or "DOCUMENT CHECKLIST - BUSINESS VISA". You can get printout of this check list as well. 7. SELECT REQUIRED VISA OPTION As per passenger request now select Visa Option on the basis of Duration, Number of entries and processing time. 7 8. BASIC VISA DETAILS In Visa Basic Details screen, enter Date of birth (in ISO format YYYY-MM-DD) and click on CALCULATE FEE button for visa fee break-down and total. 9. APPLICANT DETAILS + SUBMIT Fill the further Customer details in "Customer Details" tab (most of them were defaulted from booking form. If not enter manually). Then click on "SUBMIT" button. 10. SVS REF. NO. & NOTEPAD FILE Once Submitted, it will add in entry in SVS host system and also a Note on Booking File with SVS Reference number. w w w. s v s v i s a s e r v i c e s. c o. z a Page 7

8 Now the Reference number will be added to Booking File and notepad (*NP) also created. 11. SUBMISSION CONFIRMATION System will sent the with SVS visa application reference number and document check list to the customer ID. w w w. s v s v i s a s e r v i c e s. c o. z a Page 8

INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT DASHBOARD In the fourth tab "AGENT DASHBOARD" you can view all your visa applications with customer name, reference number, passport number, visa type, date of application, current status of application and the PCC code. In the same screen you can Track the application by just entering 14 digits SVS Reference Number and clicking on "TRACK VISA APPLICATION" button. w w w. s v s v i s a s e r v i c e s. c o. z a Page 9
