3 3 3 This service is to request for Permanent Identity Card for an employee who is not sponsored by JAFZA. Permanent Identity Cards are issued to employees who are under their Father, Husband, Wife s etc. Sponsorship (Non Company Sponsored). These cards are Identity Cards with a validity of one year allowing the non-sponsored employee to enter NIP to work. Visa must be Valid for minimum 1 year. Navigation: 1. Login to Dubai Trade 2. Go to Access and Identity Cards from the menu on the left 3. Then Go to Permanent Identity Card (PIC) 4. Click on Apply for PIC Approval 5. Then Click on Create New Request Procedure: 1. Select Courier Delivery/Collection Required?

4 Select Title from the Dropdown menu. 3. Enter Given Name, Middle Name (Optional) and Last Name. 4. Enter the Present Nationality or Select the Present Nationality by clicking on the magnifying glass icon instead of typing in the field Search and Select the Nationality in the pop-up window that appears. 5. Select Card Validity Period (One Year Visa must be valid for One Year) 6. Select Religion from the dropdown menu.

5 Enter the Place of Birth 8. Enter the Origin (Optional) 9. Enter Date of Birth in the correct format or select by clicking the calendar icon and choosing the appropriate date. 10. Select Marital Status from the dropdown menu. 11. Select Job Title by clicking on the magnifying glass 12. Search and Select the appropriate title from the pop-up window that appears. 13. Enter Passport Number 14. Enter the Passport Date of Issue and Date of Expiry in the correct format or select by clicking the calendar icon and choosing the appropriate date

6 Enter the employee passport s Place of Issue 16. Enter the Passport s Country of Issue by clicking on the magnifying glass icon next to the field. 17. Search and select the correct country from the pop-up window that appears. 18. Indicate if the employee is of executive status: 19. Enter the employee s Permanent Native Address 20. Enter the employee s Post box Number or Postal Code (whichever is applicable). 21. Enter the employee s Permanent Native City 22. Enter the Permanent Native Country by clicking on the magnifying icon next to the field. Search and Select the Permanent Native Country from the pop-up window that appears.

7 Enter Basic Monthly Salary (Dhs) 24. Select details for Food Provided, if Allowance is selected then enter the Amount in Food Allowance 25. Select details for Accommodation Provided, if Yes is selected then select the Accommodation Type from the dropdown menu, if Allowance is selected then enter the Amount in Accommodation Allowance 26. Select details for Transport Provided, if Allowance is selected then enter the Amount in Transport Allowance 27. Enter Other Monthly Allowance if any 28. Enter the Residence Permit Number

8 Enter the Residence Permit Expiry Date in the correct format or select by clicking the calendar icon and choosing the appropriate date 30. Enter the Name of the Employees Sponsor (Father, Husband, Wife etc.) 31. Enter the Sponsors Nationality or Select the Present Nationality by clicking on the magnifying glass icon instead of typing in the field Search and Select the Nationality in the pop-up window that appears. 32. Enter Sponsors Passport Number 33. Enter Sponsors Passport Date of Issue and Date of Expiry in the correct format or select by clicking the calendar icon and choosing the appropriate date 34. Select the Relationship the sponsor has with the employee (Father, Husband, Wife etc.) 35. Enter the Sponsors Phone Number

9 Enter Sponsors Address 37. Select the Emirate for the Sponsors Address 38. Enter the Post Box No/Postal Code of the Sponsor 39. Specify the Reason for Request or give additional information. 40. Click on to save the request for future action. Click processing. to submit the request to the Free Zone Authority for 41. Click on Pay now to confirm charges and submit the request.
