2 INDIAN VISA APPLICATION VIP SERVICE* Travel Visa Pro will review your documents and prepare application for you to sign within three hours from receipt of your forms. Requests received outside business hours (9:00-17:00 Monday - Friday) will be completed the following business morning. Once you receive your completed Indian visa application (see sample), please print it, SIGN IT AT TWO DESIGNATED SPACES and then post it to Travel Visa Pro with the rest of the documents. Start completing the form and ensure that all information is provided as it is in your passport. Please revisit each section to double check if everything is typed in correctly. We advise to enter the same Permanent address as present address by ticking this box.

12 If you are travelling for business, you will require providing details of the company in India you are planning to visit. For business visa please type 6, 12 or 24 months based on your business visa needs. If the old visa is in the expired passport, you will still have to provide this information. Signature section: Please read the printed form and if you find any mistakes, please redo it. If all information is correct, please sign in TWO places. Your signature must be same as in your passport and must fully fit into the box. If this form completed on behalf of a child, either of the parent/guardian can sign.
