From Part A attempt any four questions, from Part B attempt any four questions and from Part C attempt any two questions. Discuss the role of Panchayat Raj Institutions (PRIs) in preventing human trafficking. 9. Discuss the ethical standards for reporting on human trafficking. 10. Physical surroundings play an important role in proper rehabilitation of the victims of human trafficking. Explain. 11. Do you agree that Information and Communication Technology (ICT) perpetuates human trafficking? Support your answer with reasons. 12. Examine the role of Human Development Index in understanding the problems relating to trafficking. BLE-033 2

What do you understand by information and communication technology driven human trafficking? Do you feel that legal mechanism is inadequate to deal with such human trafficking? Support your answer with reasons. 15. What do you understand by retrafficking? Discuss the causes of retrafficking and suggest measures to prevent such retrafficking. 16. Discuss in detail the national framework for prevention of trafficking in India.
