10 Services of these Centres Collecting and collation of information on drug related organised crime for the use of the law enforcement agencies. Helping the member countries to exchange information and collect it in the common databases (if so needed) Assistance in acquiring information on targeted persons and their criminal links. Assistance in dissemination of information on wanted persons (when needed).

11 Services of these Centres: Organising working meetings of the case officers involved in investigations with potential linkages. Organising working meetings for planning and coordination of the multilateral operations including controlled deliveries. Acting as a full time coordination centre in the course of multilateral operations; Developing recommendations based on the outcomes of the operations.

13 The Centres provide platform for information exchange and coordination of information Meetings of the representatives of the law enforcement agencies to identify targets The parties agree of the target and focus their efforts As a result of concerted actions the criminals whereabouts and their links are identified, which lead to their arrest

15 Operation Black Tulip Black Tulip - - is long-term multilateral international operation aimed at suppressing the activities of African transnational drug trafficking groups, which has established a sustainable delivery channels of Afghan opiates through the territories of CARICC member states

16 Detentions of members of the African drug trafficking groups during in CARICC member states In Dushanbe, by 6 cases of interdiction of the smuggling of drugs, there were detained : - 4 citizens of the South Africa; - 7 citizens of Philippines; - 1 citizen of Nigeria; - 1 female citizen of Uganda. 84 kg 993 gr of heroin were seized. Baku in Baku, by 5 cases of interdiction of the smuggling of drugs, there were detained : - 3 citizens of Azerbaijan; - 2 citizens of Nigeria; - 1 citizen of Bulgaria; - 4 citizens of Pakistan; - 1 female citizen of Uzbekistan. 54 kg 937 gr of heroin and 3 kg 62 gr of cocaine were seized. Almaty Dushanbe In Kazakhstan and China, as a result of multi-way joint operation, 19 members of drug trafficking group were detained, of which : - 4 citizens of Mongolia; - 5 citizens of Afghanistan; - 1 citizen of Ghana; Beijing - 7 citizens of Nigeria; - 1 citizen of Uzbekistan. 15 kg of heroin were seized. Shanghai In Kyrgyzstan, by 4 cases, there were detained drug traffickers : - 1 citizen of Nigeria; - 1 citizen of Sierra Leone kg of heroin were seized. Guangzhou
