16 Scenario 3 Every summer, Patty Hebert and her parents move from New Iberia (Iberia Parish) to Belle Chasse (Plaquemines Parish) to work at Ben & Ben Smith s Orchards packing all sorts of fruits and vegetables. They have made this trip every year of Patty s life, and she just turned 7. On 06/01/17, the family once again moved to Belle Chasse. This year, the orchard owner told Matthew Hebert (Patty s father) that the orchard has already hired all the H2A workers to work the crops and no more worker were needed.
