Advisor, a volunteer paid member, and current PMA Executive Board count ballots together Announcement of Results The executive board election results will be announced to the membership following the counting of ballots
22 Elections Overview Request for Recount Members have the right to request a recount within two weeks following the announcement of results. If only one member asks for a recount, then that member will meet with the advisor to conduct the recount in a private meeting. If multiple members request for a recount, then the recount will be held in a public meeting. Disposal of Ballots Two weeks following the announcement of results, all ballots will be shred.
